Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, pediatrics and physiotherapy, and can be used to treat enuresis.
The problem of treatment of enuresis remains unresolved, and the development of new, effective methods of treatment remains relevant.
9). Physiotherapeutic methods for the treatment of enuresis are known, for example, the use of sinusoidal modulated currents (SMT) on the projection area of the bladder. In this case, one electrode is placed above the pubis, the second - on the lumbosacral spine. It uses variable mode (IP), type II and type III (PP), modulation frequency - 30 Hz, depth - 75%, current strength - to the sensations of light vibration and muscle contraction of the abdominal wall. (VV Shprakh, MB Asner "Enuresis and its treatment" / method. Recommendations, Irkutsk, 1995, p.9).
However, this treatment method has the following disadvantages: the procedure can not be carried out at home, because they require special equipment and trained medical personnel, in addition, the method has a number of contraindications for use.
The aim of the invention is to increase the availability, physiology and safety of the method, reducing the number of contraindications.
This goal is achieved in that the electrical stimulation of the bladder is carried out using an autonomous electrical stimulator of the gastrointestinal tract, which is injected into the rectum to a depth of 5-10 cm, not less than 15 minutes and not less than once a day. The course of treatment is 10-20 procedures.
Comparative analysis with the prototype showed that the proposed treatment method differs from the known one in that the effect is carried out using an autonomous electrical stimulator, which is injected into the rectum to a depth of 5-10 cm for at least 15 minutes and at least once a day. The course of treatment is 10-20 procedures. Thus, the proposed technical solution meets the criteria of the invention of "novelty."
The analysis of patent and specialized literature showed that the proposed technical solution differs not only from the prototype, but also other technical solutions in this and related fields. So, the authors have not found a method for the treatment of enuresis, in which bladder electrical stimulation was performed using an autonomous electrical stimulator (GIT AES) through the rectum. Namely, the proposed modes of the method allow to achieve high efficiency in the treatment of enuresis and at the same time conduct treatment at home. In addition, the method is physiological, harmless, has no side effects and contraindications, as nuclear power plants produce electrical pulses of a certain type, duration and frequency, corresponding to human biorhythms.
The method can be used in hospitals, clinics and at home.
Thus, the proposed method for the treatment of enuresis meets the criteria of the invention of "industrial applicability" and "inventive step".
The method is as follows: nuclear power plant - gastrointestinal tract (approved for clinical use by order of the Minister of Health of 16.01.85 N 58) is fixed at the end of the probe and inserted into the rectum to a depth of 5-10 cm without preliminary enema for at least 15 minutes and at least than once a day. The course of treatment is 10-20 procedures. The strength of the stimulation current pulses is 10 mA, the voltage amplitude between the electrodes is up to 4.5 V.
Example 1. Patient S., 5 years old
Ds: atonic form of cerebral palsy, enuresis.
Enuresis was treated using the proposed method: ZhKT-01 NPP was administered rectally 2 times a day (morning and evening). Electrical stimulation was performed for 15 minutes. The treatment was carried out for 10 days against the background of drug therapy of the underlying disease. On the 7th day of treatment, cessation of urination in a dream was noted. Along with this, the volume of active movements increased, strength in the limbs increased, mainly in the lower ones, pathological reflexes became less pronounced. The absence of enuresis after a course of treatment of nuclear power plants was observed for a month. A second course of treatment gave effect on the 5th day. At the control examination a month later, there were no complaints of involuntary nocturnal urination.
Example 2. Patient A., 12 years old
