Abstract
Description
The invention relates to technology for post-harvest processing and storage of tobacco.
(RU 2099993 C1, 27.12.97). A known method of preventing mold molds of tobacco, comprising drying the tobacco leaves and treating them with heated carbon dioxide containing monobasic organic saturated acid fumes (RU 2099993 C1, 12.27.97).
The disadvantage of this method is the low reliability of protection against mold.
The technical result of the invention is to increase reliability.
This result is achieved by the fact that in the method of preventing mold mold of tobacco, which involves drying tobacco leaves and treating them with heated carbon dioxide containing monobasic organic limit acid pairs, according to the invention, the tobacco leaves are treated with an aqueous solution of a jasmonic acid salt with N-heterocyclic bases in an amount before drying 0.5 - 10 4 mg / t and can withstand at least 2 hours
This improves storage reliability and production safety.
The method is implemented as follows.
Tobacco leaves are treated with an aqueous solution of a jasmonic acid salt with N-heterocyclic bases, for example morpholine or pyridine, in an amount of 0.5 - 10 4 mg / t. After processing, the tobacco leaves can withstand at least 2 hours. During this time, the immunostimulant assimilates and biochemical changes occur that contribute to the disruption of the trophic connection between tobacco and molds. A dosage of 0.5 to 10 4 mg / t is justified by the fact that when it is lower than the lower limit, it is likely that some leaves that have not undergone targeted biochemical changes will be preserved. In the working interval, there is some acceleration in the course of the target biochemical processes. At the maximum value of the flow rate of the target biochemical processes reaches its maximum value and does not increase with a further increase in the dosage of the active substance. The exposure time of 2 hours is selected based on the calculation of the maximum speed of the target biochemical processes. After the exposure is complete, the tobacco leaves are dried, preferably without oxygen, and treated with heated carbon dioxide containing monobasic organic saturated acid vapors, for example, acetic or propionic. This leads to the fixation of past biological changes and the destruction of the surface microflora, including aerobic acid-resistant. The applied preservative remains on the surface of the tobacco, which prevents the development of microflora during secondary contamination. At the same time, the development of acid-resistant forms of microflora during secondary contamination is constrained by biochemical changes that have taken place in tobacco under the influence of an immunostimulant, which increases the reliability of tobacco storage.
