Abstract
Description
The claimed group of inventions relates to the processing of metals by pressure, and in particular to the production of multilayer materials in coils of joint plastic deformation.
The closest analogue to the claimed group includes a group of inventions comprising a bimetallic composition consisting of a copper base with an impurity content of not more than 0.1%, coated with a copper-nickel alloy with a nickel content of 18-20%, with a total coating thickness of 4-20% of the thickness of the base layer , and a method for producing bimetal, including preparing the surfaces of the constituent layers, their joint plastic deformation with a degree of deformation in the cladding passage 2.4-2.7, heat treatment, cold rolling with a degree of deformation of not less than it is 1.2, annealing at a metal temperature of 370-480 o C (patent RU 2122930 C1, B 23 K 20/04, 10.12.98,).
This analogue allows to obtain a non-magnetic composite material from a thick base and two thin cladding layers having a white surface.
The objective of the claimed group of inventions is to obtain a non-magnetic composite material consisting of a thin core and two thick cladding layers, having high economic and operational characteristics, having specific resistivity and magnetic permeability, as well as the color gamut of the coating material.
This problem is solved by the fact that as the material of the base layer, a tape of nickel or a copper-nickel alloy is used, and as a coating material, a copper-nickel alloy Cu75Ni25, which provides white color, nickel brass LN 75-5, giving a golden yellow color, and copper, giving a red color. The thickness of the cladding layers is 40.0-49.0% on each side, and the thickness of the main layer is 2.0-20% of the thickness of the composition.
It was experimentally established that the best result in terms of economic and operational characteristics can be obtained with a base layer thickness of 2 to 20% of the total composition thickness and a coating thickness of 40.0 to 49.0% on each side.
The disadvantage of the analogue in part of the method is to obtain a bimetallic composition that provides a strong connection of the components with a thick base and thin cladding layers.
The objective of the invention is the manufacture of a bimetallic composition, providing a strong connection of the components with a thin base and thick cladding layers.
32-45%.This problem is solved in that the total degree of deformation of the package of non-ferrous metal or alloy layers during cladding is carried out from 60 to 70%, heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 500-670 o C, and the degree of deformation during cold rolling is selected in the range 32-45% .
Obtaining a strong connection of the components and ensuring the required size is as follows.
The components of the bimetallic composition are subjected to degreasing and stripping with metal brushes, followed by winding on the technological drum. After installing the technological drums according to the drawing, the cladding process is carried out. In this case, the degree of deformation should be in the range from 60 to 70%. A decrease in the degree of deformation below 60% leads to delamination of the bimetallic tape when winding on a technological drum. An increase in the degree of deformation of more than 70% leads to cracking of the bimetallic tape along the edge.
Subsequent heat treatment at a temperature of from 500 to 670 o C provides further diffusion of materials and an increase in the strength of the bimetallic compound.
The degree of deformation during the final cold rolling in the range from 32 to 45% ensures sufficient accuracy of the bimetallic tapes and the possibility of further processing.
The method is implemented as follows.
