Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of building materials, namely the production of tensile, expanding and non-shrinking cements and concrete.
Known expanding additive containing aluminum particles coated with wood resin insoluble in gasoline and water, as well as activated carbon (1). Obtaining such an additive is technologically difficult and economically impractical.
(2). Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is an expanding additive to Portland cement, including finely ground mica, diopside rock and gypsum (2).
The disadvantages of the known composition are the scarcity of materials, its components, as well as the complexity of the production technology.
The technical task of the present invention is to increase the compaction of the structure of cement stone and reduce its permeability while expanding the technological base and the possibility of waste disposal.
The problem is solved in such a way that the expanding additive comprising an aluminum-containing component and gypsum, according to the invention as an aluminum-containing component, contains a spent catalyst for purification of natural gas and associated gas gases with an Al 2 O 3 content of at least 75% in the following ratio of components, wt. %:
the specified aluminum-containing component is 15-20
gypsum - 80-85
The proposed additive differs from the known one in that it contains a spent catalyst for purification of natural gas and associated petroleum gases with an Al 2 O 3 content of at least 75% and a ratio of components, which allows to utilize waste, to obtain a more compacted cement stone structure and reduce permeability.
The production of the expanding additive is based on the formation of a significant (up to 25%) amount of ettringite as a result of hydration of gypsum, Portland cement and active amorphous alumina.
Needle crystals of ettringite tightly clog all existing pores and structural defects, giving the cement stone increased performance in terms of strength and concrete resistance to air and water penetration.
Spent catalyst - a waste product for the purification of natural gas and associated gas oil (TU 38-101926) has the following chemical composition, wt.%:

Fe 2 O 3 - 0.1-0.55
CaO - 0.2-0.5
SO 3 - 2.0-4.5
checkpoint - 13.0-15.5
The catalyst is a granular material contains amorphous alumina in the form of an active γ-form Al 2 O 3 . During granulation, up to 30% of high alumina cement is added.
The main mineralogical component of the spent catalyst is γ-form amorphous alumina and hydrated high-alumina cement, which additionally gives calcium hydroaluminates, which are the nuclei of ettringite crystallization.
Gypsum is a widely used material in nature, having the formula CaSO • 2H 2 O, used in the cement industry to regulate the setting time of a binder during its grinding.
To prepare the additive, the starting materials are ground in a grinding mill to a specific surface of 3500 ± 500 cm 2 / g.
5%. To obtain a binder, 10% of finely ground additives and 90% of Portland cement M400 are mixed with a content of mineral additives of not more than 5%.
1. The compositions of the expanding additives are presented in table 1.
12730.5-84. Binder tests were carried out in accordance with GOST 310.2-310.4-91 and TU 5734-072-46854090-98. Permeability was determined according to GOST 12730.5-84.
2. The test results are presented in table 2.
The expanding additive can be introduced into the cement or into the concrete mixture in the process of its preparation, which allows you to adjust the basic operational characteristics of concrete.
