Abstract

The treatment is finished with local negative decompression of the mammary glands. Relaxation massage, aromatherapy and musical therapy are applied. Description

 The invention relates to medicine, namely to aesthetic medicine, and can be used to improve the shape of a female bust with conservative methods.

 Known methods of physiotherapeutic effects on the human body, for example, ultraviolet radiation, exposure to a constant magnetic field, etc. (V.V. Orzheshkovsky Clinical physiotherapy. Kiev, Health, 1984, p. 446). Known methods of influencing the human body using massage, including biologically active points of the human body (V.I. Vasichkin Handbook of massage. L .: Medicine, 1991, p. 176).

 There is a method of treating underdeveloped mammary glands in women by physiotherapeutic effects on the mammary glands, which is carried out by local negative pressure in alternating mode from -45 to -85 mm RT. Art. and from -85 to -125 mmHg for 8-12 sessions (AS USSR N 929107 from 06/03/80).

 This method is used mainly in gynecology to increase lactation in women in labor.

 The tasks that the present invention solves consists in increasing the volume and improving the shape of the female breast by the method of aesthetic correction (using the methodology of health and aesthetic procedures).

 The tasks are solved as follows.

The method of aesthetic correction of the shape of the female breast includes the following procedures: ultraviolet irradiation, exposure to a constant magnetic field, massage, electrical stimulation, iontophoresis of medicinal substances, stimulation of biologically active points of the human body, local negative decompression of the mammary glands and differs in that they consistently carry out 10-15 sessions procedures:
- ultraviolet irradiation of the surface of the mammary glands with a sequential increase in the exposure time from 2 to 10 minutes from session to session;
- simultaneously with the exposure to a constant magnetic field on the mammary glands, segmental massage of the back, neck, reflexology massage of the feet, auricles is performed;
- cosmetic massage of the mammary glands with the consistent use of a set of cosmetics (peeling cream, tonic lotion, essential oil, activating serum and cream that strengthens and supports breast tissue (see the magazine "Only for professional cosmetologists". Paris, France, 1995, p. 42);
- electrical stimulation of the chest muscles;
- iontophoresis of medicinal substances, namely, placenta extract and nicotinic acid, in the region of the mammary glands;
- LOD therapy (local negative decompression) of the mammary glands.

 To achieve a more efficient perception of all the procedures offered during the entire course, a general relaxing massage of 3 sessions and above is used.

 The proposed method is illustrated by examples.

 Example 1

Patient K., 22 years old, has a chest circumference, measured along the line passing along the right and left nipples and at the lower corners of the right and left shoulder blades, equal to 79 cm. The distance between the right nipple and the right clavicle (H _ave. ) = 23 cm , between the left nipple and the left clavicle (H _lion. ) = 23 cm. Initially, 10 sessions are prescribed.

 The session begins with UV-irradiation of the anterior surface of the chest, the area of the mammary glands, for example, UV-irradiator "Electronics". The distance between the irradiator and the patient is 80 cm, the irradiation time during 1 session is 2 min, 2 s. - 2 minutes, 3, 4 s. - 4 min, 5, 6 s. - 6 min, 7, 8 s. - 8 min, 9, 10 s. - 10 min, taking into account the individual tolerance of ultraviolet radiation.

 Then perform the massage procedure, which includes a reflexology massage of the feet and ears, in order to stimulate metabolic processes and functions of internal organs; classic back and neck massage with the addition of segmental massage in order to improve lymph and blood circulation, as well as metabolic processes. If there are changes in posture, manual therapy sessions are additionally performed.

 During a massage session, a constant magnetic field is simultaneously applied. For this, a plate medical bipolar magnet - MPM2-1 is mounted in the massage table. There is an increase in blood microcirculation, an increase in free radical oxidation, and an antistatic effect is also observed.

 To achieve a more effective perception of all the procedures offered during the entire course of treatment, a general relaxing massage of 3 sessions or more is used, depending on the indications. Relaxing massage is performed in a specially equipped room of psychological relief using aromatherapy and music therapy, as well as using psychological attitudes of G.N. Sytina. Relaxing massage lasts 30-40 minutes. Next, a cosmetic massage of the mammary glands is carried out with the successive application of a set of cosmetics, which includes a peeling cream, tonic lotion, essential oil, activating serum and a cream that strengthens and supports breast tissue (see the magazine "Only for professional cosmetologists". Paris, France, 1995 , p. 42).

 The entire massage session lasts about 20 minutes. Then, for 15 minutes, using the Mion electric stimulator, pectoral muscles are stimulated, and then, using the same apparatus switched on in DC mode, iontophoresis of the following preparations is carried out for 15 minutes: from the cathode of a 0.5-1% nicotinic acid solution , from the anode of a 0.5% solution of the placenta extract.

 The following is the procedure for reflexology with a needleless method, for which the Ventura thermopuncture apparatus is used. Biologically active points located on the forearms and the front surface of the chest are stimulated - hehe-gu point, etc.

 Then carry out the procedure - LOD-therapy (local decompression). During the procedure, the patient takes a special nutritious cocktail containing glycogen, vegetable protein, minerals and vitamins to saturate the body at the time of the session with these necessary energy, nutrients and biostimulating substances. At the end of the entire session, homeopathic peas containing Sec.Cornutum are glued onto the biologically active points located on the front surface of the chest with an adhesive plaster in order to further stimulate reflex points. Repeated courses are recommended not earlier than 3-4 weeks to achieve the desired result. At the end of the session, moderate hyperemia of the skin is observed objectively in the area of the mammary glands. The chest circumference at the measurement points compared with the initial data increases by an average of 1-2 cm. Subjectively, filling and a feeling of heaviness, as well as heat in the mammary glands are felt.

 At the end of the 1st course of procedures (10 sessions), a result is achieved from 4-5 to 8-10 cm.

 In this patient, at the end of 1 course, a result of 8 cm was recorded.

 Example 2

 Patient S., 44 years old, underwent two courses of the above procedures within six months. The result was obtained - for one course from 79 cm to 84 cm, for the second course - from 86 cm to 91 cm. In just two courses - 12 cm, and the interval between courses was 3 months, during which the growth of the mammary glands continued and amounted to 2 cm.

 There are also numerous cases of eliminating the asymmetry of the mammary glands and tightening the mammary glands when using this complex of procedures.

 In between sessions, and between courses, patients are encouraged to perform the following home procedures: hot baths, contrasting hand and chest douches, compresses with sage, massage of active points, self-massage of the mammary glands and nipples, instillation of oxytocin, a complex of gymnastic exercises, visiting the sauna 2- 3 times a week.

The proposed method of aesthetic correction of the shape of the female breast allows the correction of the mammary glands, namely:
- increase and growth of mammary glands,
- elimination of asymmetry of the mammary glands,
- tightening of the mammary glands.

The method of aesthetic correction of the shape of the female breast, including the procedures of ultraviolet radiation, exposure to a constant magnetic field, massage, electrical stimulation, iontophoresis of medicinal substances, stimulation of biologically active points, local negative decompression of the mammary glands, characterized in that for 10 to 15 sessions in series carry out procedures for ultraviolet irradiation of the surface of the mammary glands with a sequential increase in the irradiation time from 2 to 10 min session to session, exposure with a constant magnetic field on the mammary glands with simultaneous segmental massage of the back, neck and reflex massage of the feet, auricles, cosmetic massage of the mammary glands, electrostimulation of the muscles of the chest, iontophoresis of the placenta and nicotinic acid extract in the breast, stimulation by thermal action of biologically active points located on the forearms and the anterior surface of the chest, and end the session with local negative decompression of the mammary glands, while during each session spend elaksiruyuschy massage using aromatherapy and music therapy.  2.
