Skin care procedures individually shown by client are performed using cosmetic pharmaceutical agents suitable to client. In addition to care procedures, hardware with cosmetic effect can be used. In patients with increased body weight is used as such lipolaser or cryolipolysis.

There are also various methods of non-drug healing of a person, based, for example, on the complex effect on the body of taking drugs, bathing, cleansing enemas, applying phytochemicals to the skin (RF patent 2149622, 2000, “Method for normalizing human functions and systems”), washing intestines with medicines and carrying out tububes (RF patent 2078555, 1997, "A method for removing metabolic products in chronic diseases of internal organs"), on a combination of dosed walking, therapeutic exercises, diet (RF patent 1102598, 1984, "A method for the treatment of obese patients").

Their common drawback is limited opportunities, since in some cases the measures taken are aimed at treating only strictly defined diseases, which narrows the scope of their application, in others the limited set of proposed procedures does not allow a comprehensive and comprehensive solution to the problem of human recovery, and does not take into account cosmetic (aesthetic) problems.

There is a method of manual lymphatic drainage (lymphomassage) developed by the Danish scientist E. Vodder (1957, 1966), presented by N. Pierantoni and R. The protocol scheme for manual lymphatic drainage of the face includes: 1) preliminary preparation in the projection of the flow of the main lymphatic collectors into the subclavian vein on the left and right ("end point") consists of rhythmic pressure on this area ("pumping" of the lymph) up to 7 times; 2) in the direction of the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the neck area, lymph is pumped out followed by a return movement to ensure lymph flow; movements are repeated 4 times, the number of drained areas depends on the length and volume of the neck; 3) pumping out lymph by rhythmic pressure and releasing to the regional lymph nodes up to 7 times the area that will subsequently undergo lymphatic drainage; 4) lymphatic drainage of the selected area of the face back and forth. For each facial area, the lymphatic drainage pattern is repeated first.

The main movements of the massage therapist’s hands during lymphatic drainage: movement - the lymph is called and distilled by pressing and releasing the fingers during their rolling; the movement is from the distal point to the proximal and then there is a return movement from the proximal point to the distal. The scheme of manual lymphatic drainage of the body: 1) "pumping" of lymph at the end point of the lymphatic collectors' inflow into the subclavian vein by pressing and releasing up to 7 times; 2) "pumping" of the Piquet reservoir by periodically pressing on the abdomen, combining with expiration up to 7 times; 3) "pumping" of regional LU by periodically pressing on them and weakening the pressure with a pause to fill the LU with lymph up to 7 times; 4) lymphatic drainage of the body area by rolling movements with your fingers while pressing from the proximal sections to the distal sections and vice versa; 5) for each selected area, the pattern is repeated.

The well-known "lymphatic massage as a method of detoxification" described by V.N. Gorchakov, I.V. Savitskaya (1995), in which, using basic manual massage techniques, a sequential effect is applied from the surface to the depth in the lymphatic collection region in the direction of the lymphatic flow to the nearest regional LU or lymph nodes, followed by lymphatic drainage massage, starting from the proximal sections with a gradual transition to the distal sections.

Then regional LNs are palpated and, individually or for the whole conglomerate, LUs are applied 5-6 times pressure when they are captured with a skin fold with a gradual increase in strength and compression duration from 5-10 to 30-45 s. Then conduct lymphatic drainage massage in the areas and along the projection of the lymphatic collectors. Lymphatic drainage is carried out daily or every other day for 14 sessions while taking lymphotropic drugs. Additionally, at the beginning and / or at the end of the lymphatic drainage session, lymphatic drainage is performed using breathing exercises. The method allows to increase the drainage and detoxification function of the lymphatic system, improve the pericellular environment of the body.

In the process of implementing this method, a number of effects are carried out that affect the circulation of tissue fluid, lymph, lymphatic bed and LU.

The sequence of stages for performing lymphatic drainage can vary depending on the tasks of massage, age and condition of the patient, as well as body area:

Surface-active regional lymphatic massage (PASS) is performed in accordance with the drainage area and the location of the superficial lymphatic networks and collectors. In the skin, the lymphatic system consists of two networks of lymphatic capillaries and two sections of the lymphatic vessels. PARL takes into account the structural features of the lymphatic bed of the skin, which are associated with the absence of valves in the superficial lymphatic vessels. This allows at this stage to carry out the movement of lymph flows from one lymphatic region to another without significant effort. The goal is the redistribution of lymph in the lymphatic network of the skin, the activation of lymph formation, lymph transport and the removal of metabolic products from tissues. Superficial plane stroking is used with the translational movement of the hand, without shifting the skin into folds.

Massage regional LU. The current opinion prohibits massaging LU, which is not sufficiently substantiated. It should be considered proven the influence of LU on lymph current through its own motor skills. The morphological substrate of the contractile activity of LU are myocytes of the capsule and trabeculae. The presence of spontaneous phase rhythmic activity was noted in different groups of LA (Gladysheva N.A., Melanie R. Kerubin, 1989; Borisova R.P., Danilevich L.M., 1989; Orlov R.S., Borisov A.V., Borisova R.P., 1983).

Due to the fact that LU actively influence lymph flow from the roots of the lymphatic channel to the main collectors, it seems important to restore their contractility through manual manipulations. Such tactics promotes the discovery of cortical sinuses ("intra-intranasal shunting") and the provision of optimal lymph flow through the LN during further manual drainage (Gorchakov V.N., Savitskaya I.V., 1997).

Lymphatic drainage massage in this known method can be performed in two ways. The first involves the direction of massage from the periphery to the center; the second - from the proximal to the distal.

The first is carried out in areas and along the projection of deep lymphatic reservoirs with imitation of the lymphangion, starting from the periphery in the direction of the lymphatic flow. The goal is a lymph-stimulating effect due to the action on deeply located lymphatic vessels. Muscle massage activates the lymphatic flow due to pumping function. For almost all areas of the body, progressive return planar stroking is used with varying degrees of pressure towards the nearest regional LN. The brush wraps around the massaged surface and moves intermittently (or continuously) with a translational-reverse movement. The second option is called the technique of abduction or suction massage, which is carried out with the help of superficial and deep stroking along the flow of lymph and venous blood, starting from the proximal sections, which is closest to the LN, passing gradually to the distal. More often, such a massage is indicated in the presence of a pathological process in the peripheral areas (fracture, trauma, prolonged immobilization, local stagnation of lymph and blood, and others). The purpose of the diverting massage is venous and lymphatic circulation, without causing difficulties for lymph and blood circulation in the peripheral regions. It is proposed to perform it by stroking the translational-backward movement with increasing pressure at the time of the returning movement and weakening it at the time of the progressive forward movement, from the proximal to the distal section.

Lymphatic drainage using breathing exercises. A prerequisite for this is the anatomy of the cistern of the thoracic lymphatic duct. Starting in the abdominal cavity, the thoracic duct along with the aorta enters the thoracic cavity through the aortic opening in the diaphragm, where it is fused with the right leg of the diaphragm, which by its contraction promotes the movement of lymph along the duct. The expansion of the thoracic duct during inhalation and its compression during exhalation are associated with the peculiarities of localization of the milky duct cistern located between the legs of the diaphragm (passive "lymphatic heart" according to G. M. Iosifov, 1930). Lymphatic drainage is carried out due to the movement of the diaphragm and the anterior abdominal wall during breathing in a certain rhythm to activate the function of the cistern of the thoracic lymphatic duct.

Through training, conscious control is achieved over all phases of the respiratory cycle (inhalation, exhalation, pause). Lymphatic drainage using breathing exercises should be considered as one of the important components of manual lymphatic massage. At the same time, it can precede or end lymphatic massage, as well as be an independent exercise. It is important that the patient himself is actively involved in conducting lymphatic massage.

Reception of lymphotropic drugs that have lymphoprotective and lymphostimulating effects on the structures of the lymphatic system are plant biologically active food supplements and drugs with phlebotonic and lymphotonic effects.

Lymphatic drainage of one area is performed within 10-30 minutes, depending on the size of its area, is carried out daily or every other day, the course is 10-14 procedures.

Given all of the above, it seems very useful to precede cosmetic skincare procedures, with the possible additional use of hardware according to the testimony of a particular patient (for example, cryolipolysis), to improve and accelerate the removal of destruction products (fat cells, as well as substances formed as a result of ongoing care skin of the face, neck), visceral massage performed in a certain sequence, and lymphatic drainage procedures. The applied sequence of effects is due to the physiological characteristics of the passage of lymph through the body, as well as the detoxification mechanism of harmful substances formed in the body.

This is achieved by a complex effect on the client, namely, immediately before a session of cosmetic skin care procedures, a visceral massage is performed using standard methods of visceral massage in the following sequence:

- gall bladder area,

- area of the pancreas,

- the area of the square ligament of the liver,

- region of the left lobe of the liver,

- the region of the right lobe of the liver,

- intestines: start the action from the zone of the sigmoid colon, counterclockwise, to the zone of the cecum,

- a zone of the small intestine in the navel.

Next, they carry out manual pumping of lymph nodes (LU), activation of drainage by means of the main techniques of manual lymphatic drainage massage in the following sequence:

- in the body, abdomen, affecting the supraclavicular, subclavian LU and the epigastric region,

- in the area of the buttocks, lower extremities, affecting the inguinal LU,

- in the region of the upper extremities, acting on the axillary LU,

- in the area of the face and head, affecting the cervical, parotid LU, scalp, forehead, eyes.

Then, cosmetic skin care procedures individually shown to the client are carried out using cosmetic pharmaceutical products suitable for the client (face, neck, décolleté, mask, etc.). Additionally, according to indications, for example, with an excess of adipose tissue in the body, it is possible to carry out hardware methods of exposure, such as cryolipolysis, lipolaser, and others.

Examples of the method.

To confirm the increase in the effectiveness of skin care procedures for the face, neck and décolleté, as well as the effectiveness of cryolipolysis in patients aged 30 to 40 years (217 women) who have pronounced problems with increasing body weight (II-III degree of obesity), by volume and the sequence of the patient’s actions was divided into groups:

1 - only nursing procedures (22 people);

2 - only cryolipolysis (25 people);

3 - visceral massage + treatment procedures (35 people);

4 - visceral massage + treatment procedures + cryolipolysis (28 people);

5 - lymphatic drainage procedures + nursing procedures (27 people);

6 - lymphatic drainage procedures + nursing procedures + cryolipolysis (18 people);

It should be noted that patients of groups 5-7 noted painlessness, good tolerance of procedures. No inflammatory or other adverse reactions at the sites of application of the procedures were noted. At the same time, in patients of groups 1-4, isolated cases of mild soreness were observed during nursing procedures, cryolipolysis, and lymphatic drainage.

Patients of each group before the session and a week after it (group 8 without sessions) assessed the condition of the skin of the face using computer diagnostics using the SOFT PLUS apparatus (Callegari, Italy) according to the following parameters: humidity, elasticity, fat content, and volume estimation adipose tissue in the abdomen and hips - according to measurements of the circumference of the waist and hips, as well as an assessment of the degree of endotoxemia - according to the level of average molecular peptides (SMP) of fraction E254 (N.I. Gabrielyan, 1984), the concentration of necrotic substances (NS) (E. D. Syromyatnikova et al., 1999), the effective and total concentration of albumin (ECA and OKA), calculated the albumin binding reserve (PCA), the toxicity index (IT) (Yu.A. Gryzunov and G.E. Dobretsov, 1994), the indicator of the detoxification imbalance body systems (SDA) (ED Syromyatnikova, 2000). An important point is that the content of toxic substances in the gastrointestinal cavity is incomparably higher than in the blood.

Before the session, a decrease in skin hydration was recorded in 70.7% of the total number of patients in all groups, a decrease in elasticity in 55.6%, and a decrease in the oily skin of the face and neck in 90.2%.

After the session (except for control group 8), the number of patients with reduced rates of hydration decreased in the groups:

1 - up to 65.1%;

2 - up to 69.0%;

3 - up to 67.1%;

4 - up to 60.4%;

5 - up to 62.3%;

6 - up to 61.7%;

7 - up to 51.2%;

8 - no change.

The number of patients with a decrease in skin elasticity after exposure (group 8 - the session was not performed) by groups decreased:

1 - up to 53.2%;

2 - up to 51.1%;

3 - up to 52.2%;

4 - up to 48.1%;

5 - up to 49.8%;

6 - up to 48.3%;

7 - up to 40.3%;

8 - no change.

The number of patients with a decrease in skin oiliness in this area after a session of cosmetic procedures (group 8 - the session was not performed) decreased in groups:

1 - up to 85.4%;

2 - up to 87.2%;

3 - up to 79.1%;

4 - up to 78.2%;

5 - up to 78.9%;

6 - up to 75.3%;

7 - up to 65.3%;

8 - no change.

As a result of the procedures carried out in one session, the content of medium molecular peptides and necrotic substances (indicators of intoxication of the body) in the intestine (washings of the intestines), which exceeded that in the blood by 4-5 times, significantly decreased by 92-94% in group 7, which included the claimed sequence complex of procedures. In other groups, the figures did not exceed 70-80%. Group 7 patients (the claimed sequence of procedures in one session) also tended to decrease the leukocyte intoxication index, increase the total and effective concentration of albumin in the blood, which together indicated a detoxification of the body, compared to patients of other groups, by 25-27% . In addition, there was a tendency to normalize the electrolyte composition of plasma, hematocrit, total cholesterol and its fractions, glucose, indicators of nitrogen and bilirubin metabolism - in patients of group 7 it is about 34-36% higher than in other groups.

When measuring the circumference of the waist and hips, a total decrease in the volume of adipose tissue in these zones was revealed in groups of:

1 - 0.5%;

2 - 21%;

3 - 8%;

4 - 24.2%;

5 - 27.1%;

6 - 28.4%;

7 - 38.4%;

8 - almost unchanged.

A month later, after two sessions of procedures with an interval of 8 days, the percentage of detected positive effects in patients of group 7 tended to improve (an increase in the listed positive effects). In the remaining groups, the percentage of positive effects either decreased or remained at approximately the same values, demonstrating the instability of their conservation.

Thus, it is the proposed sequence of the complex of effects, including as an initial procedure, visceral massage in a certain sequence, lymphatic drainage, followed by cosmetic care procedures in one session, that allows to obtain synergistically enhanced positive effects to improve the main indicators of the skin condition, reduce body fat, in in particular in the abdomen and hips, as well as general detoxification of the body, in particular in women with excess adipose tissue.

Claims (3)

1. A way to increase the effectiveness of cosmetic skin care procedures, including a set of physical effects on the client, characterized in that the complex includes the following effects in each session: first, visceral massage is performed using its standard methods of exposure in the following sequence:
- the area of the gallbladder,
- area of the pancreas,
- the area of the square ligament of the liver,
- region of the left lobe of the liver,
- the region of the right lobe of the liver,
- intestines: start the action from the zone of the sigmoid colon, counterclockwise, to the zone of the cecum,
- zone of the small intestine in the navel;
then carry out manual pumping of lymph nodes (LU), activation of drainage by means of the main techniques of manual lymphatic drainage massage in the following sequence:
- in the body, abdomen, affecting the supraclavicular, subclavian LU and the epigastric region,
- in the area of the buttocks, lower extremities, affecting the inguinal LU,
- in the region of the upper extremities, acting on the axillary LU,
- in the area of the face and head, affecting the cervical, parotid LU, scalp, forehead, eyes,
further, cosmetic skin care procedures are individually shown to the client using cosmetic pharmaceutical products suitable for the client. 2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that in addition to cosmetic cosmetic procedures use hardware cosmetic effects. 3.
