Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of medicine, to the treatment of abscessed lymphadenitis of the HMF.
The main way to treat this pathology is surgical, including opening an abscess, evacuating purulent contents, daily dressings and secondary sutures as the cavity is cleansed of purulent-necrotic masses.
To improve the sterilization of the abscess cavity, ultrasonic cavitation with antiseptics, active drainage are used.
99/.A known method for the treatment of abscesses of HMO using a CO 2 laser: an abscess is opened with an ordinary scalpel, mechanical removal of pus, treatment of the wound with antiseptics. Then a necrectomy with a carbon dioxide laser is performed. The wound is drained and primary sutures are applied. / B.V. Poles. Diss. for the degree of candidate honey. sciences. Smolensk, 1988 p. 99 /.
However, the above methods have their drawbacks. The traditional method requires repeated surgery / secondary suturing / and does not exclude a relapse of the disease, and working with a CO 2 laser requires special care not to cause burns to the surrounding soft tissues.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a patient with abscessed lymphadenitis after surgery - opening the abscess and evacuating its contents is irradiated with a defocused beam of a plasma jet of argon with a current of 30 A and a gas pressure of 0.4 atm at a distance from the plasma torch nozzle to the irradiated surface 15 cm for 3 minutes, then primary sutures are applied to the wound.
Processing with a plasma beam accelerates hemostasis in the wound, has a powerful antiseptic effect due to the ultraviolet component of radiation and the high ozone content in the plasma stream. A distance of 15 cm is optimal for exposure to the abscess cavity, since with such a removal of the wound from the plasma torch nozzle, the plasma does not have a damaging effect on the tissue while maintaining antiseptic properties. The current strength and gas pressure corresponds to the coaugulation mode.
The application of primary sutures to the wound, on the one hand, prevents the penetration of hospital strains of microorganisms into it, and on the other, eliminates the need for daily dressings and secondary sutures. An important cosmetic effect of the above treatment is also important for abscesses of this localization.
The method is as follows: after opening the abscess, evacuating its contents, the cavity is washed with an antiseptic solution. Then the cavity is irradiated with a defocused argon plasma beam with a current strength of 30 A and a gas pressure of 0.04 atm once at a distance of 15 cm from the plasma torch nozzle to the irradiated surface for 3 minutes. The operation is completed by applying primary sutures to the wound, while glove drainage is introduced into the wound, which is removed the next day. Processing is performed by a SUPR-2M apparatus.
