Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used to obtain yarn intended for the manufacture of woven and knitted products.
[1]. There is a method of producing a thread on a ring spinning machine by wrapping a chemical thread spun by a fibrous sliver, while a highly elastic polyurethane thread is used as a chemical thread [1].
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that in order to obtain a combined thread with sufficient strength, the fibrous sliver needs to report a sufficient number of torsions. However, the same number of torsions is also reported for the chemical thread, which leads to a high nonequilibrium of the resulting combined thread. In turn, a decrease in the number of torsions reduces the disequilibrium, but leads to a loss of strength of the combined thread, reducing the processing ability of the threads in the development of finished products made from the resulting combined thread.
[2]. A known method of producing a combined thread on a twisting machine with a hollow spindle, according to which a chemical thread coming from the package on the feeding frame is fed into the channel of the hollow spindle under tension, passed through the channel of the hollow spindle together with staple fiber yarn unwound from the package on the hollow spindle, wrapped the thread with yarn and wrap the formed thread onto the outlet package [2].
However, upon receipt of the combined thread, according to the specified method, it is impossible to provide the required degree of elasticity and shape stability of products made from this thread, as well as increasing their consumer properties and expanding the range of products.
The objective of the invention is to improve the method of producing a combined thread on a machine with a hollow spindle to achieve a technical result, which consists in obtaining combined threads with improved quality indicators, for example, the strength of the threads, elasticity and balance, as well as improving the consumer properties of products made from these threads while expanding the range manufactured products.
This result is in a method for producing a combined thread on a twisting machine with a hollow spindle, according to which a chemical thread descending from the package located in the feeding frame of the package is drawn into the channel of the hollow spindle under tension, and it is passed through the channel of the hollow spindle together with the yarn wound from the package on the floor spindles, wrap the chemical thread with yarn in the channel of the hollow spindle and wind the formed thread onto the outlet package, achieved by the fact that the chemical thread is a highly elastic polyurethane yarn, which before being fed into the channel of the hollow spindle, is preliminarily thinned by 1.5 to 4 times relative to the initial linear density of the thread, and then, in the extended state, they are wrapped with yarn, which is additionally twisted equal to the twist of the process before being wrapped.
The use of yarn upon receipt of a combined thread for wrapping an elastomeric chemical thread, which is a highly elastic polyurethane thread, of yarn that is not informed of an additional twist equal to the twist of the process of obtaining a combined thread before wrapping, will not allow to provide high strength of the resulting combined thread due to process disruption, i.e. the achievement of the technical result will not be ensured. The same lack of effect when using the proposed solution will be observed if a polyurethane thread is used as a core thread without subjecting it to 1.5–4 times thinning relative to the initial linear density of the thread, and even more so if a core thread of low elasticity is used. Only the combined use of the features indicated in the claims will make it possible to obtain a combined thread with increased strength and elasticity, as well as an improved equilibrium structure. This will allow products made from a combined thread to obtain good shape stability and wear resistance while expanding their assortment, as noted earlier. In the absence of one of the signs, the technical result will not be obtained.
The thinning of a highly elastic polyurethane thread before it is fed into the channel of the hollow spindle 1.5 to 4 times depends on the subsequent purpose of the combined thread. If the amount of thinning is less than 1.5, then there will not be a sufficient effect, and an increase in thinning more than 4 times is undesirable, as this can lead to irreversible deformation.
The method is as follows.
Yarn from natural or chemical or a mixture of fibers with packages on the hollow spindle is sent to the upper part of the channel of the hollow spindle. In this case, yarn is used, which is reported before twisting an additional twist equal to the twist of the process of obtaining a combined thread. At the same time, with the stationary package located in the supply frame, another component, which is a highly elastic polyurethane thread, is fed into the upper part of the channel under tension. Before feeding into the channel of the hollow spindle, the polyurethane thread is subjected to thinning by 1.5 to 4 times relative to the initial linear density of the thread. Then, in an extended state, a highly elastic polyurethane thread is wrapped with yarn, which can be made from either natural or chemical fibers, or a mixture thereof. In this case, before spinning the yarn is reported, as already noted, an additional twist equal to the value of the process twist.
When wrapping a thinned highly elastic polyurethane yarn in the elongated state, a combined yarn of increased strength and balance with better elastic properties is obtained. The strength of the combined thread is increased by 50% compared with the combined thread obtained by a known method. The equilibrium of the combined yarn increases 2-4 times, as well as elongation.
