Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to therapy, and can be used to treat patients with neurocirculatory dystonia, which occurs against the background of foci of chronic infection.
А. 1985). Known methods of treating patients with neurocirculatory dystonia using pharmacological agents (Vein A.M., Yalimova E.Ya., Voznesenskaya T.G. 1990; Makolkin V.I., Abbakumov S.A. 1985).
The disadvantages of these methods are the side effects of pharmacological agents, insufficiently effective treatment and the frequent occurrence of relapses of the disease.
The purpose of the invention: reducing treatment time and obtaining a stable remission of the disease.
The goal is achieved by the fact that patients with neurocirculatory dystonia occurring against the background of foci of a chronic infection were supplemented with the treatment according to the main scheme of the course exposure of UHF inductothermy to the anterior mediastinal organs with a regimen of 7-10 minutes exposure once every 3 days, a dose of 40 W per session, up to 5 sessions per course.
The absence in the above methods of a similar combination of treatment, including the administration of a UHF inductothermy to the anterior mediastinum against the background of drug treatment, indicates that the claimed method meets the criterion of "novelty."
The treatment method allows to reduce treatment time, increase the period of remission, reduces the number of relapses, is safe for patients. This indicates that the method meets the criterion of "significant differences".
The available methods of treating this disease lead to a positive effect as a result of long-term treatment or surgical treatment (tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy) was required.
The claimed method of treatment can significantly accelerate the treatment of patients, it is quite simple and easy to implement, safe, allows to do without surgical treatment in a large percentage of cases, and improves the reparative processes during the operation. The method can be used with basic therapy drugs while lowering their course dosages, and on their own in individuals with allergic reactions to pharmacological drugs.
There is a method of treating patients with neurocirculatory dystonia, proceeding against the background of foci of chronic infection, using the physical method of exposure to tonsils with ultraviolet radiation (UV). The method is selected as a prototype. Its disadvantage is the low efficiency, the frequent occurrence of relapses of the disease.
An example implementation of the method. Patient O., medical history N 57148, 32 years old, diagnosis: neurocirculatory dystonia of a mixed type, chronic tonsillitis in the stage of unstable remission. Sick for about 10 years, the disease is associated with frequent colds. Chronic tonsillitis since 1975 (12 years). An examination in the clinic revealed dystrophic changes in the myocardium of the left ventricle, an increase in Ig G to 16, Ig A to 3, sialic acids 200 units, T3 - 62%, T4 - 35%, T8 - 22%, CEC 100 units,
Against the background of drug therapy, the effect was not achieved. In combination with basic therapy, a UHF-inductothermy course was prescribed for the anterior mediastinal organs according to the proposed scheme (seven-minute exposure regimen, a single dose of 40 W., 1 time in 3 days, 5 sessions per course).
After the treatment, the state of health returned to normal, a tendency toward normalization of the ECG and immunological parameters was noted. A persistent remission of the disease was achieved. An ENT specialist addressed the issue of surgical treatment. In a clinical blood test, a decrease in leukocytes to 7.8x10 / l., ESR 16 mm / h, T and B lymphocytes, Ig G, Ig A, Ig M, CEC normalized, which indicates the elimination of exacerbation.
Under our supervision, there were 90 patients with neurocirculatory dystonia on the background of foci of chronic infection. The diagnosis was confirmed by an ENT specialist.
The subjects are divided into 3 groups:
Group 1 - patients with neurocirculatory dystonia on the background of exacerbation of chronic tonsillitis, the treatment of which was carried out according to the traditional regimen of drug therapy in combination with ultraviolet radiation on tonsils in the amount of 7 sessions (40 people),
Group 2 - patients with neurocirculatory dystonia on the background of exacerbation of chronic tonsillitis, the treatment of which was carried out in combination with the traditional regimen of drug therapy and UHF inductothermy according to our scheme (30 people),
Group 3 - healthy individuals under the age of 30 who underwent UHF-inductothermy sessions according to our scheme (20 people).
The state of psychological status was studied (Spilberger-Khanin Questionnaires, SAN test), clinical and immunological parameters (T3-, T4-, T8-lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes, Ig G, M, A, RTML with vazolin, KOH A, cardialine, epithelamine , NST, LKT tests), clinical and functional indicators (ECG, bicycle ergometry, blood pressure), laboratory parameters (general blood test, blood biochemical parameters).
1). In patients of the 1st group, in-patient treatment lasted 31 ± 2 days. An examination revealed an increase in reactive and personal anxiety relative to
2). In patients of the 2nd group, treatment in the hospital lasted 20 ± 2 days. Examination during admission revealed similar, not significantly different from
In the 3rd group, there were no significant changes and pathological deviations both before and after exposure.
BMDP. For statistical processing, a package of applied programs for biomedical research BMDP was used.
According to studies using this method of treatment, significant changes were noted in the following indicators: the time to normalize subjective sensations in patients was reduced to 20 days, the level of reactive and personal anxiety decreased, immunological and biochemical blood parameters returned to normal, and nonspecific resistance increased (p <0.05).
An analysis of the obtained data indicates that the addition of the traditional treatment regimen for neurocirculatory dystonia occurring against the background of exacerbation of chronic tonsillitis with UHF inductothermy to the anterior mediastinum allows, along with a reduction in the treatment time, to achieve stable remission up to 3 years, to reduce course doses of drug therapy, in some cases (71% of patients) to avoid surgery.
