Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, specifically, to methods for growing cabbage seedlings in greenhouses on hydroponics.
68 87). A known method of growing cabbage seedlings in hydroponic greenhouses, which consists in sowing seeds in sowing boxes or cassettes, placing them on racks of a hydroponic greenhouse, caring for plants, including irrigation, pickling seedlings in nutrient pots (A. A. Autko "Seedling of vegetable crops". Minsk "Urajay" 1992, p. 68 87).
As a hydroponic installation, racks with fixed, fixed plants were used. When using such a setup, the illumination of seedlings located on different shelving-germinators will be uneven in the degree of illumination, which affects the quality of seedlings and reduces the yield of cabbage.
The task was to develop a method for growing cabbage seedlings using the multi-tiered narrow-rack hydroponics method, which provides an increase in the quality of cabbage yield products by increasing the uniformity of illumination and planting density of seedlings per unit area.
This problem was solved by the present invention. In the method of growing cabbage seedlings in hydroponics, including sowing, plant care, picking, according to the invention, the method is carried out on multi-tiered narrow-rack hydroponic plants with cells placed in tiers, while sowing is carried out in the cells of the upper tier, and periodically, at regular intervals, move the cells of each of the tiers, except for the one closest to the base to picking seedlings located in the cells of the tier closest to the base.
Periodic rearrangement of cells with seedlings during the entire cycle of their cultivation from the upper tier of a plant with a higher irradiation intensity to lower tiers with lower illumination leads to an increase in the uniformity of the total radiation dose received by all plants.
Growing cabbage seedlings in cells on a multi-tiered narrow-rack hydroponic plant will significantly increase the planting density per unit of planting area in the greenhouse, which will increase its productivity.
The method is illustrated in the drawing, which schematically shows a cross section of a hydroponic plant for growing seedlings of cabbage.
6. The multi-tiered narrow-rack hydroponic installation 1 with a frame of inclined crossbars 2 is equipped with germinators in the form of cells 3, placed in openings 4 of cartridges with 5 tiers. In cells 3, seeds of plants 6 are sown.
9. Seedlings 6 are irradiated with an optical irradiation source 7 located on the outside of the hydroponic installations 1, and irradiation sources 8 installed inside the frames of the installations 1. The irradiation sources 7 and 8 are equipped with light reflectors 9.
The method is as follows. Initially, sowing is carried out in cells 3 installed in cassettes 5 of the upper tier of the hydroponic unit 1 and at regular intervals move the cells of each of the tiers, except the one closest to the base, and pickle seedlings located in the cells closest to the base. The cultivation of cabbage seedlings is carried out in temperature-humidity, light and gas mode, in which the parameters of irradiation and temperature decrease from the top to the base of the hydroponic plant, respectively, 1.5 2.0 times and 1.1 1.2 times, and the parameters of humidity and concentration carbon dioxide increases from the top to the base of the hydroponic installation 1.1 1.2 and 1.2 1.3 times.
1355. An example of the method. Seedlings of early cauliflower were cultivated - Skorospelki, Snezhinka, Leningradskaya 126, Early Gribovsky 1355.
Sowing of seeds was carried out in cells, which were then installed in cassettes at the beginning of the upper tier of a six-tier narrow-rack hydroponic installation in the form of a "prism" with a frame of inclined crossbars. At regular intervals of 3–4 days, the cells of all tiers, except for the lower one closest to the base, were moved to the place of the neighboring ones closer to the base of the installation. During the growing season, the following regimes were observed: in the lower tier, the plants were provided with 16 18 o C during the day and 8 10 o C at night, the upper tier respectively 17 - 19 o C and 9 11 o C. The irradiation intensity in the lower tier during the day was 15 17 W / m 2 PAR, and in the upper tier 18 20 W / m 2 , the relative humidity at the bottom was 45 55% at the top 40 50% and the carbon dioxide concentration, respectively, 0.07% and 0.06%
Providing the specified cultivation regimes significantly improved the quality of cabbage seedlings and, with a cultivation period of 95,100 days, increase cabbage productivity compared to the control planting on shelves by 2 3 times.
Thus, the proposed method for growing seedlings of cabbage can increase their quality and productivity by 2 3 times.
