The disadvantages of this glaze are the high energy costs associated with the grinding of cullet, as well as the content in its composition of such environmentally harmful components as lead, and therefore the scope of this glaze is narrowed.
The invention is directed to the creation of environmentally friendly glaze.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the non-grit glaze for building, art and household ceramics contains diatomite as a silicon-containing component and as a melt to the drill in the following proportions, wt.

The diatomite used is widespread in nature, does not require long-term grinding, easily dissolves in water, and during firing, it actively reacts with a borax, forming glassy glazes.
SiO2, Al2O3, B2O3, CaO, Ma2O, MgO, Fe2O3.The use of diatomite allows introducing into the glaze a complex of chemical oxides: SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , B 2 O 3 , CaO, Ma 2 O, MgO, Fe 2 O 3 .
4199 86.Technical drill (Na 2 B 4 O 7 • 10H 2 O) GOST 4199 86.
Затем глазурь наносили на керамические плитки, имеющие ТКЛР 6,85 • 10-6 град-1.Glaze compositions were prepared by grinding, mixing the starting components and preparing a glaze slip with a density of 1.6 g / cm 3 .
