Abstract
1. СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ КАРБИДА КАЛЬЦИЯ из шихты, состоящей из извести и углеродсодержащего материала, путем электротермического воздействия на шихту с помощью электродов, отличающийся тем, что шихту подают в виде непрерывного слоя на движущийся замкнутый конвейер, состоящий из шарнирно сочлененных лоткообразных секций, слой шихты уплотняют до получения однородной структуры, исключающей образование макроэлектродуговых разрядов, электротермическое воздействиие ведут по меньшей мере в три этапа с использованием групп горизонтально вращающихся электродов, контактирующих без проскальзывания с поверхностью слоя шихты, при последовательном уменьшении напряжения на электродах от этапа к этапу, при этом на первом этапе указанное воздействие осуществляют до температуры 800 - 1000С, на втором - до температуры 1700 - 1800С, максимально приближенной к температуре начала карбидообразования, на третьем этапе электротермическое воздействие ведут до температуры карбидообразования и поддерживают эту температуру, после чего осуществляют охлаждение полученного карбида кальция естественным путем при его перемещении на конвейере до зоны подачи в дробилку.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют шихтовые материалы с максимальной крупностью частиц до 5 мм при соотношении извести и углеродсодержащего материала 1:(0,6-0,7).3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что уплотнение шихты осуществляют по меньшей мере тремя металлическими цилиндрическими валками при давлении 5 - 10 кг/смдо получения слоя уплотненной шихты толщиной 15 - 20 см.4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that charge materials with a maximum particle size of up to 5 mm are used with a ratio of lime and carbon-containing material 1: (0.6-0.7).
