Способ изготовления холоднокатаной ленты из меди, никеля или сплавов на основе меди и/или никеля, включающий подготовку шихты, плавку металла (сплава), разливку в плоские слитки, их поверхностную обработку, нагрев слитков в печи, зачистку, горячую прокатку до толщины 4 - 16 мм при ширине 630 - 1030 мм, смотку полосы в рулон, транспортировку, размотку, холодную прокатку до толщины 0,5 - 2,0 мм в несколько проходов и циклов, с промежуточным (между циклами) и последующим после холодной прокатки, отжигом, травлением, промывку, сушку, продольную резку на ширину не свыше 600 мм, смотку ленты в рулон и упаковку, отличающийся тем, что на стадии холодной прокатки продольную резку ведут в промежутке между циклами (проходами), последующую прокатку лент после продольной резки ведут одновременно с несколько ниток, а отжиг и травление после холодной прокатки ведут в непрерывном поточном режиме на размотанной ленте, с обдувом ленты при отжиге горячим воздухом, при этом на стадии разливки плоскому слитку придают выпуклость по широким граням, а поверхностную обработку слитка после разливки производят только на глубину слоя окалины по меньшей мере на части поверхности слитка.2.
