Abstract
Description
The invention relates to dyeing and finishing production of the textile industry, and in particular to a technology for printing fabrics from cellulose fibers by the method of reserving active dyes with active dyes.
Известен способ получения рисунка на ткани из целлюлозных волокон путем нанесения резервной печатной краски, содержащей активный винилсульфоновый краситель и винную кислоту с последующей сушкой и плюсованием ткани при 20оС раствором, содержащим активный триазиновый краситель (ярко-голубой КХ).A method of obtaining a pattern on fabric of cellulosic fibers by depositing the reserve ink containing an active vinyl sulfone dye and tartaric acid, followed by drying and by padding the fabric at 20 ° C with a solution containing active triazine dye (bright blue BCH).
The fabric is drained, dried, zaparivayut 8 min at 100 ° C and treated for 10-15 sec at 95 ° C in an aqueous alkaline solution containing 100 g / l sodium chloride [1]
This method of obtaining a pattern on the fabric has the following disadvantages: a large total consumption of chemical materials and dyes, because continuous double-sided padding, increased pollution of wastewater due to complete washing off of the reserved dye both from the front side and from the inside of the fabric are added to the printed unilateral drawing; high energy intensity and complex hardware design (only the drying process of the fabric takes place three times).
Такой способ получения рисунка на ткани имеет недостатки, связанные с неэкономичностью расходования красителей и химматериалов, от резервирования которых загрязняются сточные воды; колористическими ограничениями и энергоемкостью технологической проводки (три сушки, две термообработки).There is also a method of obtaining a pattern on a cotton fabric by applying a backup printing ink for active dyes, g / kg: Active dye 20 Water 80 Alginate thickener 685 Carbamol CEM 200 Magnesium chloride 15
After drying follows the heat treatment at 150 ° C for 5 minutes and impregnation dyeing solution, g / l: Dye 2 Urea 20 Bicarbonate 20, the solution temperature 40 ° C, spin 100% hot-air drying, heat treatment (second) at 140 ° C for 5 minutes, washing, drying and further standard process wiring [2]
This method of obtaining a pattern on the fabric has disadvantages associated with the uneconomical use of dyes and chemical materials, from the reservation of which waste water is contaminated; coloristic limitations and energy intensity of technological wiring (three drying, two heat treatments).
There is also a method of obtaining a printed pattern on a fabric by reserving active triazine dyes with active vinyl sulphonic dyes by continuously applying a primer shaft of vinyl sulphonic dye to previously applied triazine dyes [3]
The closest in essence to the proposed method is a method of obtaining a pattern on cellulose fiber fabrics by applying reserve white, g / kg: Urea 100 Rongalit 10 Sodium sulfite 40 Optical brightener 3 Manutex, alginate 147 Water 700 or reserve paint, g / kg: Dye triazine active 40 Urea 100 Sodium bicarbonate 20 Ludigol 10 Sodium sulfite 40 Manutex, alginate 110 Water 680, reserved paint, g / kg: Active vinyl sulfone dye Up to 200 Urea 100 Sodium bicarbonate 20 Ludigol 10 Manutex, alginate 60 Water 610
On a printing press, a printing ink (or inks) based on a triazine active dye with a reserve agent (sodium sulfite) is first applied to the fabric, and then (the last ink) is applied in a continuous layer to the previous (na β in na β) printing ink based on vinyl sulfone dye. Then follows drying, etc. [4]
A backup agent, sodium sulfite interacts with the vinyl sulfone active group, blocks it and thereby prevents the chemical interaction of the dye with the fiber.
The disadvantages of this method are uneconomical due to the large total consumption of printing ink when using a solid unpaved shaft; inefficiency of the use of paints applied to the fabric and, as a result, environmental hazard due to the complete washing off of the active vinyl sulfone paint in places where it is applied to the active triazine paint; increased complexity when working on a printing press (almost blindly), because continuous application of paint at the exit of the printing machine closes the visibility of printing defects (hull raster, etc.), reduced productivity of the printing machine due to poor drying of the fabric from large application of ink, and this layer doubles in the places of application; the weakening of the color intensity of the reserve paint from the simultaneous presence of a dye and a reserve agent with a long standing of the paint.
An example of obtaining a ten-color pattern using ten engraved print rolls.
PRI me R 1 (prototype). Printing inks (2–9) based on active triazine dyes with a reserve agent (sodium sulfite) are sequentially applied to the fabric, and ink (1), which reserve dye is white, without dye. These paints are connected to each other on a white fabric, creating a color pattern, which is closed by continuous application of paint (10) based on an active vinyl sulfone dye (table).
