Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the technology of textile materials and can find application in the flax industry of textile finishing production, in small enterprises, as well as in the domestic service.
Known methods for bleaching flaxseed materials, including treatment with sodium hypochlorite, followed by aging in a compensator, washing, treatment with an alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide, followed by steaming and final washing. To achieve the greatest whiteness effect, operations of hypochlorite and peroxide treatment with intermediate leaching can be repeated twice [1]
The closest technical solution in essence and the achieved effect is a method of decorating textile materials, in which a textile material dyed in harsh sulfur dyes is printed with a composition containing, g / kg:
chloramine B 145 155
acetic acid (98%) 5.0 5.5
sodium hydrosulfite 2.0 2.5
polyvinylpyrrolidone 10 15
water starch thickener (9%) up to 1 kg,
then the fabric is dried at 90 o C, then processed in the eye stand at 102-103 o C for 3 min and washed with a solution of water [2]
In the process of processing only the destruction of the technical dye occurs, without affecting the naturally colored satellites of the cellulose fiber. The whiteness (or lightness) of the original fabric W c 53.1% background stained with sulfur dyes, W o 27.8% the lightness of the pattern in the contour W p 42.1-49.1%
Thus, in this method, the whiteness of the original tissue is not achieved, that is, the colored impurities present in the original cellulosic fiber are not affected. After applying the composition, a drying operation is mandatory.
The objective of the technical solution is to develop a method of decorating textile cellulose-containing material, which allows to obtain white patterns on a natural-colored background while increasing the strength of the material.
The problem is solved by decorating a textile cellulose-containing material, by local application of a bleaching composition containing a bleach, a target and a thickener, to the surface by printing and washing, in which the bleaching composition is applied to a textile material containing natural-colored flax fiber, and as a bleach the composition contains hydrogen peroxide and as a target additive, a stabilizer of hydrogen peroxide in the following ratio of components, g / kg:
hydrogen peroxide (calculated on 30%) 10 100
hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 10 100
thickener the rest is up to 1 kg,
and steaming is carried out immediately after applying the whitening composition.
Sodium metasilicate, sodium silicate and other stabilizing systems can be used as a bleaching stabilizer.
Thickeners are 5-13% solutions of carbomethyl cellulose, starch, C-5 solvitose, sodium alginate and complex thickeners.
