В субхондральной зоне мыщелков сверлят четыре параллельных канала по плоскости мыщелков, по которым вводят стержни 4 фиксирующего узла 3 до достижения последним поверхности мыщелка. Пластину 1 крепят к метафизу винтами 7 (фиг. 4) и ушивают рану. Активные движения начинают в раннем периоде без нагрузки (с 3-7-го дня), а с конца 2-го месяца после операции разрешают стимулирующую нагрузку, так как стержни защищают суставную поверхность от проседания. The device is used as follows.
