Способ увеличения длины подслизистого туннеля при пневмовезикоскопической реимплантации мочеточника у детей с обструктивным мегауретером, включающий реимплантацию мочеточника с наложением фиксирующей лигатуры на область устья мочеточника, отличающийся тем, что на выведенный из паравезикального пространства в мочевой пузырь мочеточник накладывают фиксирующий шов на 2 см латеральней и выше ранее расположенного устья мочеточника в глубине детрузора, далее создают подслизистый туннель длиной 4 см в горизонтальном направлении над контралатеральным устьем, после чего формируют неоустье на 2 см выше и латеральней контралатерального устья, далее выделенный мочеточник проводят в подслизистом туннеле и накладывают узловой фиксирующий шов нитью викрил 4/0 между неоустьем мочеточника и детрузором мочевого пузыря с контралатеральной стороны, при этом мочеточник находится в вытянутом положении относительно первой точки фиксации, неоустье формируют непрерывным швом нитью 5/0 викрил, слизистую мочевого пузыря соединяют непрерывным швом, после чего мочеточник и почку дренируют наружным мочеточниковым J стентом, который устанавливают по струне, введенной в мочевой пузырь через дополнительный прокол в стенке пункционной иглой, рану мочевого пузыря в области выделения устья ушивают узловым швом нитью 4/0 викрил и непрерывным швом викрил 5/0 и ушивают слизистую мочевого пузыря, операцию завершают установкой уретрального катетера и извлечением троакаров.
