Claims (17)

1. Многослойное остекление, включающее первый и, соответственно, второй листы стекла, предназначенные для размещения обращенными наружу и, соответственно, внутрь салона в смонтированном положении, приклеенные друг к другу посредством промежуточного адгезивного слоя, при этом, основные поверхности листов стекла пронумерованы, как принято, от 1 до 4 снаружи внутрь салона в смонтированном положении, при этом, камера соединена с многослойным остеклением со стороны салона и предназначена для оценки ситуации снаружи салона, отличающееся тем, что многослойное остекление включает непрозрачный декор, являющийся результатом наложения:
- первого декора (1) на промежуточном адгезивном слое, оставляющем первую зону (11) без декора, подлежащую размещению перед полем обзора камеры, и
- второго декора (2) на поверхности 2, 3 или 4 указанных листов стекла, состоящего из эмали в соответствии с зоной края (21) со смягчением тона, если она есть, и из сплошной полосы (22), ограничивающей свободную зону (23) (без эмали), размер которой меньше размера первого декора (1), на который она накладывается при сборке многослойного остекления,
причем ширина сплошной полосы (22) составляет от 1 до 30 мм, и наименьшей размер указанной свободной зоны (23) составляет не менее 50 мм.
2. Многослойное остекление по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что сплошная полоса (22) имеет ширину, по меньшей мере, равную 2 мм.
3. Многослойное остекление по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что сплошная полоса (22) имеет ширину, самое большее, равную 10 мм.
4. Многослойное остекление по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что наименьший размер указанной свободной зоны (23) не меньше, чем 70 мм.
5. Многослойное остекление по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что размеры указанного первого декора (1) превышают на 1-20 мм, предпочтительно, 2-8 мм размеры указанной свободной зоны (23).
6. Многослойное остекление по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что второй декор (2) соответствует периферийной полосе многослойного остекления, включающей язык эмали, спускающийся, в смонтированном положении, от верхней стороны многослойного остекления в смонтированном положении возле его соединения с крышей салона до уровня ниже основания зеркала заднего вида, приклеенного к многослойному остеклению, и тем, что язык эмали образован указанной зоной края (21) со смягчением тона, если она есть, и указанной сплошной полосой (22).
7. Многослойное остекление по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что первый декор (1) или второй декор (2) включает вторую зону (24) без декора, предназначенную для датчика дождя.
8. Многослойное остекление по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что первый декор (1) или второй декор (2) включает третью зону (25) без декора, предназначенную для датчика освещенности.
9. Многослойное остекление по одному из пп. 7 или 8 или обоим пунктам, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, две из первой (11), второй (24) и третьей (25) зон без декора объединены в одну.
10. Многослойное остекление по п. 6 и по одному из, по меньшей мере, пп. 7-9, отличающееся тем, что вторая (24) и/или третья (25) зона(ы) без декора вписана(ы) в указанный язык эмали.
11. Способ производства многослойного остекления по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что включает операцию, состоящую в печатании первого декора (1) на промежуточном адгезивном слое способом трафаретной печати или эквивалентным ему.
12. Способ производства многослойного остекления по одному из пп. 1-10, отличающийся тем, что включает операцию, состоящую во введении в промежуточный адгезивный слой пленки поли(этилентерефталата) (РЕТ) или печатного эквивалента, образующего первый декор (1).
13. Способ производства многослойного остекления по одному из пп. 1-10, отличающийся тем, что включает операцию, состоящую во введении в промежуточный адгезивный слой промежуточной адгезивной пленки, такой как тонкий окрашенный поливинилбутираль (PVB), образующей первый декор (1).
14. Применение многослойного остекления по одному из пп. 1-10 в качестве ветрового стекла автомобиля.
