Claims (20)
1. Способ нанесения антикоррозионного покрытия на подложку, включающий:
(a) нанесение антикоррозионной композиции и
(b) нанесение красителя, который проявляет флуоресценцию при воздействии ультрафиолетового излучения.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий этап нанесения антикоррозионной композиции.
3. Способ по п. 2, включающий:
(a) нанесение антикоррозионной композиции на подложку,
(b) последующее нанесение красителя и
(c) последующее нанесение антикоррозионной композиции.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что подложка представляет собой подложку из алюминия или подложку из алюминиевого сплава.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что антикоррозионное покрытие представляет собой хромовое (III) химически преобразуемое покрытие.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что краситель представляет собой краситель Zyglo.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что антикоррозийную композицию наносят с помощью ручки-аппликатора.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающий просмотр подложки с покрытием в УФ-свете.
9. Подложка с покрытием, на которую покрытие нанесено по способу нанесения антикоррозионного покрытия по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
10. Подложка, которая покрыта по меньшей мере одним покрытием из антикоррозионной композиции и по меньшей мере одним покрытием из красителя, который проявляет флуоресценцию при воздействии ультрафиолетового излучения.
11. Подложка по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что подложка представляет собой подложку из алюминия или подложку из алюминиевого сплава.
12. Подложка по п. 10 или 11, отличающаяся тем, что антикоррозионное покрытие представляет собой хромовое (III) химически преобразуемое покрытие.
13. Подложка по любому из пп. 10-12, отличающаяся тем, что краситель представляет собой краситель Zyglo.
14. Устройство, содержащее подложку с покрытием по любому из пп. 9-13.
15. Устройство по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что устройство является исполнительным механизмом с большой высотой подъема.
