Claims (12)
1. Кассета для обнаружения нуклеиновой кислоты, при этом кассета содержит по меньшей мере одну реакционную камеру; при этом, когда указанная кассета ориентирована вертикально, верхняя часть указанной реакционной камеры содержит впускное отверстие и выступ, проходящий вниз в указанную реакционную камеру для минимизирования или предотвращения капиллярного потока жидкости через верхнюю часть указанной реакционной камеры.
2. Кассета по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный выступ, как правило, имеет треугольную форму.
3. Кассета по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первая сторона указанного выступа проходит, по существу, вертикально рядом с указанным впускным отверстием.
4. Кассета по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что вторая сторона указанного выступа проходит вверх по направлению к указанной верхней части указанной реакционной камеры под углом менее чем около 60 градусов от вертикали.
5. Кассета по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что указанный угол составляет менее чем около 45 градусов от вертикали.
6. Кассета по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанный угол составляет менее чем около 30 градусов от вертикали.
7. Кассета по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что указанная вторая сторона указанного выступа проходит вертикально по направлению к указанной верхней части указанной реакционной камеры.
8. Кассета по п. 1, содержащая углубление для содержания по меньшей мере одного лиофилизированного или высушенного реагента, при этом указанное углубление расположено в канале, соединенном с указанным впускным отверстием указанной реакционной камеры.
9. Кассета по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанный выступ уменьшает или предотвращает секвестрацию вновь ресуспендированного реагента из основного объема реакционного раствора.
10. Кассета по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанное углубление содержит одну или более конструкций для направления жидкостей с целью облегчения регидратации по меньшей мере одного высушенного или лиофилизированного реагента.
11. Кассета по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что указанные конструкции содержат гребни, канавки, выемки или их комбинации.
12. Кассета по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная реакционная камера содержит углубление для содержания по меньшей мере одного лиофилизированного или высушенного реагента.
