Claims (11)
1.Реакционная емкость (1), предназначенная для температурной стабилизации жидкой смеси веществ (12), включающая верхнюю часть (2) емкости и нижнюю часть (15) емкости, отличающаяся тем, что нижняя часть (15) емкости снабжена внутренним устройством прямого охлаждения (9) и внешним устройством непрямого охлаждения (10) и внутренним устройством прямого нагревания (9) и внешним устройством непрямого нагревания (10).
2. Реакционная емкость (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что внутреннее устройство охлаждения (9) и внутреннее устройство нагревания (9) и внешнее устройство охлаждения (10) и внешнее устройство нагревания (10) соединены с системой терморегулирования (16).
3. Реакционная емкость (1) по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что система терморегулирования (16) включает масляный нагреватель.
4. Реакционная емкость (1) по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что верхняя часть (2) емкости конструктивно выполнена таким образом, чтобы ее габаритные размеры превышали габаритные размеры нижней части (15) емкости.
5. Реакционная емкость (1) по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что одна или более дистилляционных установок (6) размещены на верхней части (2) емкости.
6. Реакционная емкость (1) по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что клапан избыточного давления (Ь1) размещен на верхней части (2) емкости.
7. Реакционная емкость (1) по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что сепаратор тяжелых частиц (14) размещен в нижней части (15) емкости.
8. Реакционная емкость (1) по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что во внутреннем пространстве емкости размещен погружной насос (13) и (или) перемешивающее устройство.
9. Применение реакционной емкости (1) по любому из пп. 1-8 в устройстве для каталитической деполимеризации углеводородсодержащего исходного материала при атмосферном давлении.
10. Способ температурной стабилизации жидкой смеси веществ (12) в реакционной емкости (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что жидкую смесь веществ (12) подают в реакционную емкость (1) и поддерживают температуру смеси постоянной с помощью внутреннего устройства охлаждения или внутреннего устройства нагревания (9) и внешнего устройства охлаждения или внешнего устройство нагревания (10) и соединенной с ними системы терморегулирования (16)
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что обеспечивается управление, в частности полностью автоматическое управление внутренним устройством охлаждения (9) и внутренним устройством нагревания (9) и внешним устройством охлаждения (10) и внешним устройством нагревания (10) системой терморегулирования (16), включающей масляный нагреватель, несколько охлаждающих устройств, различные насосы и один или несколько клапанов.
