Claims (8)

1. Способ изготовления стального листа с черным покрытием путем приведения пара в контакт со стальным листом, покрытым горячим методом сплавом Zn-Al-Mg, в закрытой атмосфере, включающий этап, на котором:
в герметичной камере, выполненной таким образом, что в ней поддерживают заданное значение давления посредством регулирования количества пара, подаваемого в эту герметичную камеру, и/или количества пара, выпускаемого из этой герметичной камеры,
обеспечивают контакт между стальным листом, покрытым горячим методом сплавом Zn-Al-Mg, и паром, вводимым в герметичную камеру, внутреннее давление которой поддерживают с обеспечением указанного заданного значения.
2. Способ изготовления стального листа с черным покрытием по п. 1, по которому заданное значение выше или равно 80% и ниже или равно 120% от заданного значения давления этой герметичной камеры.
3. Устройство для изготовления стального листа с черным покрытием путем приведения пара в контакт с стальным листом, покрытым горячим методом сплавом Zn-Al-Mg, в закрытой атмосфере, содержащее:
герметичную камеру, выполненную с возможностью размещения в ней стального листа, покрытой горячим методом сплавом Zn-Al-Mg, и
блок управления давлением, выполненный с возможностью регулирования количества пара, вводимого в эту герметичную камеру и/или количества пара, выпускаемого из этой герметичной камеры, с поддержанием заданного значения давления в этой герметичной камере, причем обеспечена возможность контакта в этой герметичной камере, в которой обеспечена возможность поддержания заданного значения ее внутреннего давления, с помощью блока управления давлением, между стальным листом, покрытым горячим методом сплавом Zn-Al-Mg, и паром, вводимым в герметичную камеру.
4. Устройство для изготовления стального листа с черным покрытием по п. 3, в котором это заданное значение выше или равно 80% и ниже или равно 120% от заданного значения давления для этой герметичной камеры.
