Claims (18)
1. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие, содержащее фиброцементную матрицу и гидрофобизатор, равномерно диспергированный в ней, причем указанный гидрофобизатор содержит по меньшей мере одну гидрофобную силиконовую смолу, характеризующуюся трехмерной молекулярной сетчатой структурой.
2. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по п. 1, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола представляет собой алкилалкоксисиликоновую смолу.
3. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по п. 1 или 2, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола представляет собой алкилтриэтоксисиликоновую смолу.
4. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по любому из пп. 1-3, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола представляет собой октилтриэтоксисиликоновую смолу.
5. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по любому из пп. 1-4, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола является жидкой при температуре окружающей среды в ее по существу чистой форме.
6. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по любому из пп. 1-5, где указанная по меньшей мере одна гидрофобная силиконовая смола присутствует в количестве от 0,01 вес.% до 2 вес.% от общего веса указанного гидрофобизированного фиброцементного изделия.
7. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по любому из пп. 1-6, где указанный гидрофобизатор содержит по меньшей мере один носитель, на котором адсорбирована указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола.
8. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по любому из пп. 1-7, где указанный по меньшей мере один носитель характеризуется удельной поверхностью, составляющей от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 800 м²/г.
9. Гидрофобизированное фиброцементное изделие по любому из пп. 1-8, где указанный по меньшей мере один носитель выбран из цеолита (цеолитов), крахмала, нативного крахмала, полистирольных шариков и полиакрилатных шариков.
10. Способ получения гидрофобизированного фиброцементного изделия с повышенной водонепроницаемостью, где указанный способ включает по меньшей мере стадии
a) смешивания неорганической отверждаемой цементной матрицы с гидрофобизатором с получением отверждаемой смеси, причем указанный гидрофобизатор содержит по меньшей мере одну гидрофобную силиконовую смолу, характеризующуюся трехмерной молекулярной сетчатой структурой,
b) превращения отверждаемой смеси в формованное изделие и
c) отверждения отверждаемой смеси с получением равномерно гидрофобизированного фиброцементного изделия.
11. Способ по п. 10, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола представляет собой алкилалкоксисиликоновую смолу.
12. Способ по п. 10 или 11, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола представляет собой алкилтриэтоксисиликоновую смолу.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 10-12, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола представляет собой октилтриэтоксисиликоновую смолу.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 10-13, где указанная гидрофобная силиконовая смола является жидкой при температуре окружающей среды в ее по существу чистой форме.
15. Применение гидрофобизированного фиброцементного изделия по любому из пп. 1-9 в качестве строительного материала.
