Claims (2)

Система охлаждения электронной системы, состоящая из: корпуса, частично заполненного жидким теплоносителем и радиатора-охладителя, отличающаяся тем, что: по меньшей мере один тепловыделяющий охлаждаемый элемент электронной системы частично погружен в жидкий теплоноситель; отвод тепла от упомянутого элемента производится за счёт образования паров, поступающих на радиатор-охладитель; конденсат теплоносителя поступает на непогружённую в теплоноситель часть упомянутого элемента и течёт вдоль него для охлаждения всего упомянутого элемента; при этом осуществляется разделение потоков паров теплоносителя и потока конденсата.1.
