Abstract
1. Устройство охлаждения элементов тепловыделяющей электроаппаратуры, содержащее корпус, плато, установочную площадку с внутренней полой формой под охлаждаемый элемент, радиальные ребра с интенсификаторами теплообмена, выполненными в виде выпуклостей на одной стороне и лунок, на другой, кольцевой дефлектор, установленный на ребра между корпусом и платой, вентилятор, установленный в верхней части корпуса, отличающееся тем, что между радиальными ребрами установлены съемные камеры с жидким легкокипящим охладителем с возможностью организации процесса кипения, испарения, конденсации и возврата жидкого конденсата обратно в полость камеры, при этом радиальные ребра выполнены составными из стационарных и съемных ребер, а каждая съемная камера конструктивно имеет наклонную верхнюю стенку в виде конусного удлинения и снабжена окном визуализации с горизонтальной пунктирной линией контроля уровня заправки жидким легкокипящим охладителем, заливной и сливной горловинами с герметичными винтовыми крышками, отводящей трубкой и боковыми фланцами с отверстиями для болтового соединения, при этом радиальные стационарные ребра выполнены заодно с установочной площадкой, а на концах каждого стационарного ребра выполнен паз для установки радиального съемного ребра, и отверстий для болтового крепления съемного ребра, а также двух боковых фланцев соседних съемных камер.2.
