Claims (53)
1. Испаритель для устройства подачи аэрозоля, содержащий
камеру, образованную стенкой камеры и выполненную с возможностью улавливания подаваемого в нее электромагнитного излучения;
источник излучения, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения электромагнитного излучения внутри камеры; и
фитиль, по меньшей мере часть которого расположена в камере для улавливания излучения для обеспечения испарения источником излучения
при этом внутренняя часть стенки камеры выполнена с возможностью поглощения по существу всего электромагнитного излучения, создаваемого источником излучения, или с возможностью отражения по существу всего электромагнитного излучения, создаваемого источником излучения.
2. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором камера имеет по существу сферическую форму.
3. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором камера имеет удлиненную форму.
4. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором внутренняя часть стенки камеры выполнена в виде черного тела.
5. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором внутренняя часть стенки камеры выполнена в виде белого тела.
6. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором источник излучения содержит лазерный диод.
7. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором камера имеет впускное отверстие и выпускное отверстие, сообщающиеся по текучей среде.
8. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором источник излучения размещен на стенке камеры.
9. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором источник излучения размещен в камере и расположен на расстоянии от стенки камеры.
10. Испаритель по п. 9, в котором источник излучения проходит по существу вдоль продольной оси камеры.
11. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором источник излучения выполнен с возможностью испускания излучения с длиной волны в диапазоне от приблизительно 390 нм до приблизительно 1 мм.
12. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором фитиль выполнен в виде слоя, покрывающего по меньшей мере часть внутренней части стенки камеры.
13. Испаритель по п. 12, в котором через стенку камеры проходит канал, через который проходит часть фитиля.
14. Испаритель по п. 1, в котором фитиль проходит по меньшей мере через одно отверстие в стенке камеры таким образом, что первая часть фитиля расположена снаружи камеры, а вторая часть фитиля расположена внутри камеры.
15. Испаритель по п. 14, в котором источник излучения контактирует по меньшей мере с участком второй части фитиля.
16. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля, содержащее
наружную оболочку и
испаритель по любому из пп. 1-15, размещенный внутри наружной оболочки.
17. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 16, в котором наружная оболочка содержит воздухозаборник и мундштучный конец с отверстием для аэрозоля.
18. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 16, дополнительно содержащее один или более из источника электрической энергии, датчика давления и микроконтроллера.
19. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 18, в котором один или более из источника электрической энергии, датчика давления и микроконтроллера размещены в управляющем кожухе, выполненном с возможностью соединения с наружной оболочкой.
20. Испаритель для устройства подачи аэрозоля, содержащий
пористый элемент переноса жидкости, содержащий материал, имеющий сеть открытых пор;
первый нагреватель, имеющий нагревательную поверхность;
второй нагреватель, имеющий нагревательную поверхность, и
при этом пористый элемент переноса жидкости расположен между первым нагревателем и вторым нагревателем, которые выровнены по существу параллельно друг другу,
при этом первый нагреватель и второй нагреватель расположены на расстоянии друг от друга, а их соответствующие нагревательные поверхности обращены друг к другу таким образом, что пористый элемент переноса жидкости подвержен нагреванию излучением посредством нагревательной поверхности первого нагревателя и нагревательной поверхности второго нагревателя и не находится в прямом физическом контакте с нагревательной поверхностью первого нагревателя или нагревательной поверхностью второго нагревателя.
21. Испаритель по п. 20, в котором первый нагреватель и второй нагреватель имеют по существу плоскую форму.
22. Испаритель по п. 20, в котором каждый из первого нагревателя и второго нагревателя содержит подложку с дорожкой нагревателя на поверхности для образования нагревательной поверхности.
23. Испаритель по п. 22, в котором нагревательная поверхность каждого из первого нагревателя и второго нагревателя также содержит пассивирующий слой, расположенный поверх дорожки нагревателя.
24. Испаритель по п. 20, в котором элемент переноса жидкости имеет противоположные концы, по меньшей мере один из которых проходит без его нагрева первым нагревателем и вторым нагревателем.
25. Испаритель по п. 20, дополнительно содержащий кожух испарителя, образованный по меньшей мере одной стенкой, окружающей первый нагревательный элемент и второй нагревательный элемент.
26. Испаритель по п. 25, в котором кожух испарителя имеет по меньшей мере одно отверстие, через которое проходит элемент переноса жидкости.
27. Испаритель по п. 26, в котором кожух испарителя в указанном по меньшей мере одном отверстии содержит прокладку для предотвращения утечек.
28. Испаритель по п. 26, в котором кожух испарителя имеет впускное отверстие для впуска воздуха и выпускное отверстие для выпуска аэрозоля.
29. Испаритель по п. 20, в котором первый нагреватель и второй нагреватель расположены на расстоянии друг от друга с образованием между ними пространства для создания аэрозоля.
30. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля, содержащее
кожух;
жидкость-предшественник аэрозоля и
испаритель по любому из пп. 20-29.
31. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 30, в котором жидкость-предшественник аэрозоля физически отделена от первого нагревателя и второго нагревателя по меньшей мере одной стенкой.
32. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 31, в котором указанная по меньшей мере одна стенка по меньшей мере частично образует камеру для сохранения в ней жидкости-предшественника аэрозоля.
33. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 32, в котором камера для хранения жидкости-предшественника аэрозоля расположена по существу вокруг кожуха.
34. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 32, в котором камера для хранения жидкости-предшественника аэрозоля выполнена с возможностью повторного заполнения.
35. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 31, в котором указанная по меньшей мере одна стенка, физически отделяющая жидкость-предшественник аэрозоля от первого нагревателя и второго нагревателя, имеет по меньшей мере одно отверстие, через которое проходит по меньшей мере один конец элемента переноса жидкости.
36. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 35, в котором указанное по меньшей мере одно отверстие содержит прокладку для предотвращения утечек.

39. Устройство для подачи аэрозоля по п. 38, дополнительно содержащее второй кожух, который выполнен с возможностью соединения с кожухом и в котором размещены один или более из контроллера, источника питания и датчика расхода.
