Claims (27)

1. Буровой раствор, содержащий
источник воды;
закупоривающий агент; и
нанокомпозит, содержащий структуру из ядра и оболочки, в которой ядро содержит наночастицу, имеющую средний размер частицы от примерно 5 нм до 500 нм; и оболочка содержит поперечно-сшитый полимер, содержащий акриламидные повторяющиеся звенья.
2. Буровой раствор по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что закупоривающий агент представляет собой карбонат кальция.
3. Буровой раствор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что наночастица содержит диоксид кремния или диоксид титана.
4. Буровой раствор по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что наночастица гидрофобно модифицирована.
5. Буровой раствор по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что полимер дополнительно содержит повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из акриловой кислоты или ее соли, 2-акрилоиламино-2-метилпропан-1-сульфоновой кислоты или ее соли, или комбинации двух или более из них.
6. Буровой раствор по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент представляет собой N,N'-метиленбисакриламид.
7. Буровой раствор по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что массовое отношение наночастицы к полимеру составляет от примерно 1:100 до 50:50.
8. Буровой раствор по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что нанокомпозит присутствует в растворе в концентрации от примерно 0,5 мас. % до 5 мас. % по массе.
9. Буровой раствор, полученный способом, включающим
a. получение латекса типа «вода в масле», содержащего масло, латексное поверхностно-активное вещество, воду, сшивающий агент и наночастицы, имеющие средний размер частиц от примерно 5 нм до 100 нм;
b. обеспечения воздействия на латекс условий, в которых он полимеризуется с получением нанокомпозитного латекса;
c. необязательно высушивание нанокомпозитного латекса с получением нанокомпозита; и
d. добавление закупоривающего агента и источника воды в нанокомпозит или нанокомпозитный латекс с получением бурового раствора.
10. Буровой раствор по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что латекс не высушивают перед добавлением закупоривающего агента и источника воды.
11. Способ бурения с промывкой, включающий
подачу в ствол скважины углеводородсодержащей горной породы бурового раствора, содержащего источник воды, закупоривающий агент и нанокомпозит, содержащий структуру из ядра и оболочки, в которой ядро содержит наночастицу, имеющую средний размер частицы от примерно 10 нм до 100 нм, и оболочка содержит поперечно-сшитый полимер, содержащий акриламидные повторяющиеся звенья; и
бурение в стволе скважины.
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что часть ствола скважины имеет температуру от примерно 80 ˚C до 200 ˚C, источник воды с высоким общим содержанием твердых веществ или оба варианта.
13. Цементирующая композиция, содержащая
источник воды;
цемент; и
нанокомпозит, содержащий структуру из ядра и оболочки, в которой ядро содержит наночастицу, имеющую средний размер частицы от примерно 5 до 500 нм, и оболочка содержит поперечно-сшитый полимер, содержащий акриламидные повторяющиеся звенья.
14. Применение при бурении с промывкой нанокомпозита, содержащего структуру из ядра и оболочки, в которой ядро содержит наночастицу, имеющую средний размер частицы от примерно 5 нм до 500 нм, и оболочка содержит поперечно-сшитый полимер, содержащий акриламидные повторяющиеся звенья.
15. Применение бурового раствора по любому из пп. 1-10 для бурения с промывкой.
