Claims (1)

A method of minimally invasive microsurgical varicocelectomy with scrotal access, including conduction anesthesia along the spermatic cord, local infiltrative anesthesia of the skin in the incision area and the use of optical magnification 4.5D or more, characterized in that a linear skin incision of 2-3 cm is carried out laterally from the scrotum suture ( raphe scroti), then bluntly expose the left spermatic cord and lead into the wound, then perform a layered autopsy of fascia spermatica externa, fascia cremasterica and fascia spermatica interna and identify the veins of the trellis weaving, all expanded veins of the plexus plexus are freed from surrounding structures, then the selected veins are proximal and distally ligated and then dissected between the ligatures, while the vas deferens, testicular artery, lymphatic vessels and nerves are retained, after which the surgical wound is sutured in layers by separate nodal sutures and brazen .
