Claims (17)

1. Способ обработки поверхности металлической подложки перед нанесением на поверхность покрытия или печати, включающий предварительный нагрев до 40°C или выше металлической подложки, имеющей теплопроводность которой 10 Вт/мК или более, выбранной из листовой стали с гальваническим покрытием, листовой нержавеющей стали, листовой стали с покрытием, листового алюминия, листовой меди и обезжиренной обычной листовой стали, и затем непрерывную обработку пламенем поверхности подложки перед нанесением покрытия или печати на поверхность подложки с применением материала покрытия или краски.
2. Способ обработки по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что подложка выбрана из литовой стали с гальваническим покрытием, листовой нержавеющей стали, листовой сталис покрытием, листового алюминия и листовой меди.
3. Способ обработки по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что обработку пламенем осуществляют с применением одной, двух или более газовых горелок.
4. Способ обработки по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что обработку пламенем осуществляют с применением двух газовых горелок.
5. Способ обработки по п. 3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что газовая горелка для обработки пламенем представляет собой горелку ленточного типа.
6. Способ обработки по любому из п. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что предварительный нагрев осуществляют с применением одной газовой горелки.
7. Способ обработки по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что мощность газовой горелки, применяемой для предварительного нагрева, меньше мощности газовой горелки для обработки пламенем.
8. Способ обработки по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что мощность газовой горелки, применяемой для предварительного нагрева, составляет 25-95% мощности газовой горелки для обработки пламенем.
9. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что предварительный нагрев осуществляют с помощью конвейерной печи ближнего диапазона инфракрасного излучения или конвейерной печи среднего диапазона инфракрасного излучения.
10. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что подложку предварительно нагревают до температуры 50°C или выше.
11. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что подложку предварительно нагревают до температуры 60°C или выше.
12. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающийся тем, что предварительный нагрев проводят таким образом, что температура подложки не превышает 300°C.
13. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-12, отличающийся тем, что подложка представляет собой листовую сталь с покрытием.
14. Способ обработки по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что печать, выполненная на поверхности листовой стали с покрытием, представляет собой струйную печать.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что струйную печать выполняют с применением отверждаемой актиничным излучением краски.
16. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 13-15, отличающийся тем, что листовая сталь с покрытием представляет собой материал для строительной панели.
17. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-16, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют подавление конденсации, вызванной пламенем газовой горелки, применяемой при обработке пламенем.
