Claims (11)

1. Способ обработки поверхности металлической подложки перед нанесением на поверхность покрытия или печати, включающий предварительный нагрев до 40°С или выше металлической подложки, имеющей теплопроводность 10 Вт/мК или более, выбранной из листовой стали с гальваническим покрытием, листовой нержавеющей стали, листовой стали с покрытием, листового алюминия, листовой меди и обезжиренной обычной листовой стали, и затем обработку пламенем поверхности подложки перед нанесением покрытия или печати на поверхность подложки с применением материала покрытия или краски.
2. Способ обработки по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что подложка выбрана из литовой стали с гальваническим покрытием, листовой нержавеющей стали, листовой стали с покрытием, листового алюминия и листовой меди.
3. Способ обработки по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что подложку предварительно нагревают до температуры 50°С или выше.
4. Способ обработки по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что подложку предварительно нагревают до температуры 60°С или выше.
5. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что предварительный нагрев проводят таким образом, что температура подложки не превышает 300°С.
6. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что подложку подвергают обработке пламенем с применением одной или двух газовых горелок.
7. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что подложка представляет собой листовую сталь с покрытием.
8. Способ обработки по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что печать, выполненная на поверхности листовой стали с покрытием, представляет собой струйную печать.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что струйную печать выполняют с применением отверждаемой актиничным излучением краски.
10. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют подавление конденсации, вызванной пламенем газовой горелки, применяемой при обработке пламенем.
11. Способ подавления образования конденсата, вызванного пламенем газовой горелки, включающий обеспечение температуры металлической подложки в ходе обработки пламенем, которая выполняется газовой горелкой перед нанесением покрытия или печати на поверхность металлической подложки с применением материала покрытия или краски, равной 40°С или выше, путем предварительного нагрева, при этом теплопроводность металлической подложки составляет 10 Вт/мК или более, и металлическую подложку выбирают из листовой стали с гальваническим покрытием, листовой нержавеющей стали, листовой стали с покрытием, листового алюминия, листовой меди и обезжиренной обычной листовой стали.
