Claims (32)
1. Способ получения термопластичной композиционной преформы, включающий
сборку пакета из слоев высокоплавкого термопластичного композита;
введение низкоплавкого термопласта между композиционными слоями; и
скрепление слоев высокоплавкого термопластичного композита друг с другом посредством расплавления низкоплавкого термопласта.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что
введение низкоплавкого термопласта включает нанесение низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность каждого из слоев, в результате чего низкоплавкий термопласт находится между слоями, и
плавление низкоплавкого термопласта включает нагревание низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхности каждого из слоев до температуры плавления низкоплавкого термопласта.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что введение низкоплавкого термопласта включает нанесение частиц низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность каждого из слоев.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что введение низкоплавкого термопласта включает нанесение ожиженного низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность слоев.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сборка пакета включает выкладку полосок высокоплавкого термопластичного композиционного препрега, имеющего на поверхности низкотемпературный термопласт.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что плавление низкоплавкого термопласта включает нагревание низкоплавкого термопласта под полосками по мере выкладки полосок из высокоплавкого термопластичного композиционного препрега.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что введение низкоплавкого термопласта включает нанесение низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность слоев из высокоплавкого термопластичного композита по схеме, которая облегчает скрепление слоев из высокоплавкого термопластичного композита друг с другом.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что введение низкоплавкого термопласта включает нанесение низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность слоев из высокоплавкого термопластичного композита по схеме, которая облегчает формования композиционные слой в требуемую форму.
9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что введение низкоплавкого термопласта включает нанесение низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность слоев из высокоплавкого термопластичного композита одним из способов
нанесение сухих частиц низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность,
потоковое нанесение расплавленного низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность, и
разбрызгивание ожиженного низкоплавкого термопласта на поверхность.
10. Термопластичная композиционная лента, содержащая
полоску из высокоплавкого термопластичного препрега; и
низкоплавкий термопласт, наклеенный на поверхность полоски из высокоплавкого термопластичного препрега, причем низкоплавкий термопласт имеет температуру плавления ниже температуры плавления полоски из высокоплавкого термопластичного препрега.
11. Термопластичная композиционная лента по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что
температура плавления полоски из высокоплавкого термопластичного препрега составляет более приблизительно 300°С, и
температура плавления низкоплавкого термопласта составляет менее приблизительно 300°С.
12. Термопластичная композиционная лента по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что
полоска из высокоплавкого термопластичного препрега представляет собой одну из PSU, PEI, PEKK и PEEK, и
низкоплавкий термопласт представляет собой один из полиэтилена и полипропилена.
13. Термопластичная композиционная преформа, содержащая
пакет слоев из термопластичного препрега, имеющего температуру плавления, при которой слои могут быть спечены, и
термопластичный полимер, скрепляющий слои друг с другом, где указанный термопластичный полимер имеет температуру плавления ниже температуры плавления термопластичного препрега.
14. Термопластичная композиционная преформа по п. 13, отличающаяся тем, что
температура плавления термопластичного препрега составляет более приблизительно 300°С, и
термопластичный полимер имеет температуру плавления ниже приблизительно 300°С.
