技术领域
本实用新型涉及防潮垫技术领域,尤其是涉及一种织物与EPE的复合材料。
背景技术
EPE(Expandable Polyethylene),是可发性聚乙烯,又称珍珠棉,是非交联闭孔结构,它是以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为主要原料挤压生成的高泡沫聚乙烯制品。目前,EPE复合板材主要有两种类型:一种为双面覆铝箔EPE,此种EPE具有很好的防潮性能,但是铝箔的防戳穿性能差,触感欠佳且很不美观;另一种由两面组成,一面为覆铝箔,另一面由印刷层与塑料薄膜层复合而成,虽然印刷层可以设置各种各样的图片来达到好的视觉效果,但是这种防潮垫的印刷层在长时间使用后容易脱落,使产品使用寿命减小,脱落部分可能有害皮肤且污染环境。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种织物与EPE的复合板材,将织物通过淋膜技术与EPE复合在一起,克服了现有EPE防潮垫不美观,寿命短,触感不佳及不环保的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种织物与EPE的复合板材,包括EPE层、粘合层和织物层;所述EPE层与织物层通过粘合层粘合于一体;
优选地,所述EPE层的厚度为10-20mm;
优选地,所述织物层为棉布;
优选地,所述棉布的幅宽为1m,经纱与纬纱为40*40,经密与纬密为133*72。
本实用新型有益的技术效果在于:
织物的使用既可以满足消费者对触感与外观的要求,又达到的环保的效果,弥补了市场上没有EPE复合织物产品的空白。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型进行具体描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括EPE层3、粘合层2和织物层1,所述EPE层3与织物层1通过粘合层2粘合于一体,将EPE层3作为底板,再将粘合剂通过挤塑机加温熔化成流体状,喷涂到EPE层3表面,然后施加压力将EPE层3与织物层1粘合,放置冷却即得所述复合板材,其中粘合剂冷却后成为粘合层2。
所用EPE层3的材料厚度可根据要求任意选择,优选地,所用EPE的材料厚度为10-20mm;所述织物层1为棉布,所述棉布的幅宽为1m,经纱与纬纱为40*40,经密与纬密为133*72,所用粘合剂选用无毒无污染的热熔型粘合剂即LDPE热熔胶粉,是一种固体粘合剂,通过加热使粘合剂熔化后使用。

1.一种织物与EPE的复合板材,其特征在于:包括EPE层、粘合层和织物层;所述EPE层与织物层通过粘合层粘合于一体;
所述EPE层的厚度为10-20mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物与EPE的复合板材,其特征在于:所述织物层为棉布。
3.根据权利要求3所述的织物与EPE的复合板材,其特征在于:所述棉布的幅宽为1m,经纱与纬纱为40*40,经密与纬密为133*72。
