Claims (31)

1. Система обработки жидкости, содержащая
источник жидкости;
станцию химической обработки для анализа химического состава исходной жидкости и, при необходимости, для обеспечения соответствующего количества химической обработки жидкости для получения химически обработанной жидкости;
генератор нанопузырей, гидравлически соединенный со станцией химической обработки, который генерирует нанопузыри в химически обработанной жидкости для получения жидкости с нанопузырями;
дезинфицирующий блок на основе излучения (RDU), гидравлически соединенный с генератором нанопузырей, где жидкость с нанопузырями подвергается воздействию излучения и образуется обработанная жидкость;
насос для получения потока жидкости через систему; и
выпускное отверстие, через которое вытекает обработанная жидкость.
2. Система обработки жидкости по п. 1, где генератор нанопузырей содержит корпус, имеющий участок притока для приема исходной жидкости, участок оттока для выпуска жидкости, содержащей нанопузыри, и участок обработки, расположенный между участками притока и оттока, для обработки исходной жидкости, причем участок обработки имеет по меньшей мере две последовательные плоскости поверхности сдвига, разделенные кавитационными пространствами, камерами или зонами.
3. Система обработки жидкости по п. 1 или 2, где RDU содержит
впускное отверстие RDU, функционально соединенное с генератором нанопузырей;
дезинфицирующий блок, гидравлически соединенный с впускным отверстием RDU, содержащий корпус и средство, испускающее излучение; и
выпускное отверстие RDU для выпуска из дезинфицирующего блока жидкости, обработанной излучением.
4. Система обработки жидкости по любому из пп. 1-3, где анализ химического состава включает определение того, содержит ли исходная жидкость соответствующее количество химического соединения для дезинфекции исходной жидкости совместно с генератором нанопузырей и RDU.
5. Система обработки жидкости по п. 4, где химическое соединение содержит диоксид хлора.
6. Система обработки жидкости по п. 5, где диоксид хлора введен для получения примерно от 0,5 до 5 ррm (частей на миллион) в генераторе нанопузырей.
7. Система обработки жидкости по п. 6, где диоксид хлора введен для получения примерно от 3 до 4 ррm в генераторе нанопузырей.
8. Система обработки жидкости по любому из пп. 1-7, где насос создает давление в генераторе нанопузырей от примерно 1 до примерно 10 бар.
9. Система обработки жидкости по любому из пп. 3-8, где излучение представляет собой ультрафиолетовое излучение.
10. Способ обработки жидкости, включающий прохождение исходной жидкости через систему обработки жидкости по любому из пп. 1-9.
11. Способ обработки жидкости, включающий
получение химически обработанной жидкости;
пропускание химически обработанной жидкости через генератор нанопузырей с получением жидкости, содержащей нанопузыри;
обработку жидкости, содержащей нанопузыри, дезинфицирующим излучением с получением результирующей жидкости; и
выпуск результирующей жидкости для использования.
12. Способ по п. 11, где химически обработанная жидкость содержит исходную жидкость, подвергнутую химической обработке для получения химически обработанной жидкости.
13. Способ по п. 12, где химическая обработка включает введение подходящего количества химического соединения в исходную жидкость.
14. Способ по п. 13, где подходящее количество включает количество химического соединения для дезинфекции исходной жидкости совместно с генератором нанопузырей и дезинфицирующим излучением.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 11-14, где поток жидкости приводят в движение при давлении от примерно 1 бар до примерно 10 бар в генераторе нанопузырей.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 11-15, где излучение представляет собой ультрафиолетовое излучение.
17. Способ по п. 16, где ультрафиолетовое излучение поставляют с интенсивностью примерно 250 мДж/см2.
18. Система или способ по любому из пп. 1-17, где исходная жидкость представляет собой воду, включая питьевую воду, сточные воды и рециркулированную воду.
