Claims (25)

1. Медицинская система (100, 200, 300), содержащая управляющее устройство (102) и медицинское устройство (104), причем
медицинское устройство представляет собой медицинское устройство, носимое на теле, и содержит подкожную часть (110), причем медицинское устройство питается электроэнергией от первого аккумулятора (120) и содержит первый беспроводной коммуникационный модуль (116), первый процессор (114) и первое запоминающее устройство (118), содержащее команды (122), обеспечивающие работу медицинского устройства, причем медицинское устройство содержит систему (112) мониторирования, содержащую сенсор (110) для измерения концентрации (124) аналита, а подкожная часть включает по меньшей мере участок сенсора аналита,
управляющее устройство питается электроэнергией от второго аккумулятора (130) и содержит второй беспроводной коммуникационный модуль (152), второй процессор (134) и второе запоминающее устройство (136), содержащее область (138) приложения и область (140) постоянного хранения данных, причем область приложения содержит медицинское приложение (142) и данные (144) приложения, а область постоянного хранения данных содержит архив (146) данных, содержащий копию по меньшей мере части данных приложения,
первый и второй беспроводные коммуникационные модули выполнены с возможностью образования беспроводного канала (152) связи между медицинским и управляющим устройствами,
медицинское приложение выполнено с возможностью управления медицинским устройством путем передачи сообщений в первый процессор по беспроводному каналу связи, причем выполнение команд управления инициирует осуществление вторым процессором управления системой мониторирования по беспроводному каналу связи, причем медицинское приложение выполнено с возможностью изменения данных приложения в области приложения и сохранения части данных приложения, содержащихся в архиве данных, в области постоянного хранения данных,
вводимые медицинские данные включают концентрацию аналита, а выполнение команд медицинского устройства инициирует осуществление первым процессором:
регистрации концентрации аналита посредством системы мониторирования,
генерирования вводимых медицинских данных с по меньшей мере частичным использованием концентрации аналита,
передачи вводимых медицинских данных в управляющее устройство посредством беспроводного канала связи, причем данные приложения включают вводимые медицинские данные,
второе запоминающее устройство также содержит операционную систему, выполненную с возможностью деинсталляции медицинского приложения, сопровождающейся удалением данных приложения и сохранением архива данных в области постоянного хранения данных.
2. Медицинская система по п. 1, в которой управляющее устройство также содержит интерфейс (150) обмена данными, служащий для обмена данными с компьютерной системой, причем компьютерная система может получить доступ к данным приложения и/или архиву данных через указанный интерфейс обмена данными.

Медицинская система по п. 1 или 2, в которой команды медицинского устройства включают первый набор команд (122') сопряжения, данные приложения включают второй набор команд (124') сопряжения, а архив данных включает второй набор команд сопряжения, причем выполнение команд сопряжения из первого набора первым процессором и выполнение команд сопряжения из второго набора вторым процессором имеет следствием сопряжение первого беспроводного коммуникационного модуля со вторым коммуникационным модулем с образованием беспроводного канала связи, причем медицинское приложение выполнено с возможностью поиска в области постоянного хранения данных второго набора команд сопряжения в процессе реинсталляции, а также выполнено с возможностью восстановления беспроводного канала связи в случае обнаружения второго набора команд сопряжения.
4. Медицинская система по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой данные приложения содержат по меньшей мере один массив (306) вводимых данных, включающий вводимые журнальные, медицинские и/или системные данные, причем выполнение медицинского приложения инициирует осуществление вторым процессором
генерирования массива вводимых данных,
добавления массива вводимых данных к данным приложения,
добавления массива вводимых данных к архиву данных.
5. Медицинская система по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой выполнение медицинского приложения инициирует генерирование вторым процессором сообщения об ошибке в ответ на неправильное функционирование управляющего устройства или медицинского устройства, причем вводимые журнальные данные генерируются, по меньшей мере частично, с использованием указанного сообщения об ошибке.
6. Медицинская система по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой выполнение медицинского приложения инициирует генерирование вторым процессором системного журнала, описывающего конфигурацию аппаратных и/или программных средств управляющего устройства, причем вводимые системные данные генерируются, по меньшей мере частично, с использованием указанного системного журнала.
7. Медицинская система по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой выполнение медицинского приложения инициирует шифрование вторым процессором вводимых данных посредством ключа (212) шифрования перед добавлением этих вводимых данных к данным приложения.
8. Медицинская система по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой выполнение медицинского приложения инициирует шифрование вторым процессором архива данных.
9. Медицинская система по п. 7 или 8, в которой ключ шифрования для вводимых журнальных и/или системных данных представляет собой открытый ключ (212) асимметричной пары ключей шифрования.
10. Медицинская система по любому из пп. 7-9, в которой ключ шифрования для вводимых медицинских данных представляет собой открытый ключ симметричной пары ключей шифрования.
11. Медицинская система по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой подкожная часть включает по меньшей мере участок сенсора глюкозы, а медицинское устройство содержит систему мониторирования гликемии.
12. Медицинская система по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой подкожная часть содержит по меньшей мере одну канюлю, а медицинское устройство содержит помповую систему.
13. Медицинская система по п. 12, в которой помповая система содержит одно из следующего: инсулиновую помпу для введения инсулина через по меньшей мере одну канюлю, глюкагоновую помпу для введения глюкагона через по меньшей мере одну канюлю или комбинацию этих помп, причем выполнение команд управления инициирует управление вторым процессором помповой системой по беспроводному каналу связи.
