Claims (37)
1. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция, содержащая блок-сополимер в концентрации более чем приблизительно 20% по весу на единицу объема композиции и, по меньшей мере, один хромофор, солюбилизированный в блок-сополимере.
2. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по п. 1, где блок-сополимер содержит по меньшей мере одну последовательность полиэтиленгликоль-пропиленгликоль ((PEG)-(PPG)).
3. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по п. 1 или 2, где блок-сополимер представляет собой полоксамер.
4. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по п. 3, где полоксамер представляет собой pluronic F127.
5. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где хромофор может поглощать и испускать свет.
6. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по любому из пп. 1-5, где хромофор может поглощать и/или испускать свет в видимой области спектра.
7. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по любому из пп. 1-6, где хромофор представляет собой ксантеновый краситель.
8. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по п. 7, где ксантеновый краситель выбран из эозина Y, эритрозина B, флуоресцеина, бенгальского розового и флоксина B.
9. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по п. 8, где хромофор является водорастворимым.
10. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по любому из пп. 1-9, дополнительно содержащая стабилизатор.
11. Термоотверждаемая биофотонная композиция по п. 10, где стабилизатор выбран из желатина, HEC и CMC.
12. Способ биофотонного лечения кожного нарушения, включающий
нанесение термоотверждаемой биофотонной композиции по любому из пп. 1-11 на область кожной ткани и
облучение композиции светом, имеющим длину волны, которая поглощается, по меньшей мере, одним хромофором;
где с помощью способа стимулируют излечение указанного кожного нарушения.
13. Способ по п. 12, где кожное нарушение выбрано из акне, экземы, псориаза или дерматита.
14. Способ биофотонного лечения акне, включающий
нанесение термоотверждаемой биофотонной композиции по любому из пп. 1-11 на область кожной ткани и
облучение указанной биофотонной композиции светом, имеющим длину волны, которая перекрывается со спектром поглощения, по меньшей мере, одного хромофора;
где с помощью способа лечат акне.
15. Способ стимуляции заживления ран, включающий
нанесение термоотверждаемой биофотонной композиции по любому из пп. 1-11 на область кожной ткани и
облучение композиции светом, имеющим длину волны, которая поглощается, по меньшей мере, одним хромофором;
где с помощью способа стимулируют заживление ран.
16. Способ стимуляции омоложения кожи, включающий
нанесение термоотверждаемой биофотонной композиции по любому из пп. 1-11 на область кожной ткани и
облучение композиции светом, имеющим длину волны, которая поглощается. по меньшей мере, одним хромофором;
где с помощью способа стимулируют омоложение кожи.
17. Способ предупреждения образования или лечения рубцов, включающий
нанесение термоотверждаемой биофотонной композиции по любому из пп. 1-11 на область кожной ткани и
облучение композиции светом, имеющим длину волны, которая поглощается, по меньшей мере, одним хромофором;
где с помощью способа стимулируют заживление ран.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 12-17, где термоотверждаемую биофотонную композицию распыляют на область кожной ткани.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 12-18, где термоотверждаемую биофотонную композицию удаляют после облучения.
20. Способ по любому из пп. 12-18, где термоотверждаемую биофотонную композицию оставляют на том же месте после облучения.
21. Способ по любому из пп. 12-20, где хромофор подвергается, по меньшей, мере частичному фотообесцвечиванию после облучения.
22. Способ по любому из пп. 12-21, где термоотверждаемую биофотонную композицию облучают до тех пор, пока хромофор не подвергнется, по меньшей мере, частичному фотообесцвечиванию.
