Claims (14)
1. Катетер, содержащий удлиненный корпус катетера, который имеет проксимальный и дистальный концы и по меньшей мере, один проходящий через него просвет и корзинчатый электродный узел на дистальном конце корпуса катетера, причем корзинчатый электродный узел содержит множество ребер, соединенных на своих проксимальном и дистальном концах, причем каждое ребро содержит множество электродов и кабельную сборку, имеющую соответствующее множество проводов, намотанных на сердцевину и покрытых оболочкой, так что каждый электрод прикреплен через оболочку к одному из множества проводов, при этом корзинчатый электродный узел имеет расширенную конфигурацию, в которой ребра изгибаются радиально наружу, и сжатую конфигурацию, в которой ребра размещены по существу вдоль продольной оси корпуса катетера.
2. Катетер по п. 1, в котором корзинчатый электродный узел содержит, по меньшей мере, восемь ребер.
3. Катетер по п. 1, в котором корзинчатый электродный узел содержит, по меньшей мере, десять ребер.
4. Катетер по п. 1, в котором корзинчатый электродный узел содержит, по меньшей мере, двенадцать ребер.
5. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждое ребро содержит, по меньшей мере, десять электродов.
6. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждое ребро содержит, по меньшей мере, шестнадцать электродов.
7. Катетер по п. 1, в котором корзинчатый электродный узел
содержит, по меньшей мере, двенадцать ребер, причем каждое ребро содержит, по меньшей мере, шестнадцать электродов, а диаметр корпуса катетера составляет менее чем приблизительно 10 французских пунктов (3, 76 мм).
8. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждое ребро имеет вогнутую дистальную область, выпуклую среднюю область и вогнутую проксимальную область.
9. Катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий колпачок, фиксирующий дистальные концы каждого ребра, причем противолежащие ребра образованы из одного куска материала, проходящего через проемы в колпачке.
10. Катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий расширитель, который имеет проксимальный и дистальный концы, причем расширитель размещен с возможностью скольжения внутри просвета и совмещен с продольной осью корпуса катетера, при этом множество ребер прикреплены к расширителю своими дистальными концами, так что корзинчатый электродный узел принимает расширенную конфигурацию при перемещении расширителя проксимально относительно корпуса катетера вдоль продольной оси и принимает сжатую конфигурацию при перемещении расширителя дистально относительно корпуса катетера вдоль продольной оси.
11. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждое ребро дополнительно содержит гибкую проволоку, размещенную внутри сердцевины кабельной сборки.
12. Катетер по п. 11, в котором гибкая проволока изготовлена из сплава с памятью формы.
13. Катетер по п. 1, в котором просвет выполнен с возможностью доставки орошающей текучей среды к корзинчатому электродному узлу.
