Claims (16)

1. Способ очистки газа (1), обогащенного углеводородами и содержащего, по меньшей мере, 10 ч./млн по объему углеводородов, имеющих, по меньшей мере, шесть углеродных атомов, способ содержит следующие стадии:
стадия а) -охлаждение указанного газа до температуры в между -20°С и -60°С в результате теплообмена с, по меньшей мере, одним хладагентом (3) в теплообменнике (2);
стадия b) -очистка от соединений, содержащих, по меньшей мере, шесть углеродных атомов, газа, частично сжиженного на стадии а) в промывочной колонне (5), содержащей верхнюю часть (8) колонны (5) на ее самом высоком конце и емкость (7) колонны (5) на ее самом нижнем конце, для того, чтобы образовать на верхней части (8) промывочной колонны (5) газовый поток (9), содержащий менее 5 ч./млн по объему соединений, имеющих, по меньшей мере, шесть углеродных атомов, и в сосуде (7) промывочной колонны (5) поток (6) жидкости, обогащенный соединениями, имеющими, по меньшей мере, пять углеродных атомов;
стадия с) -по меньшей мере, частичная конденсация указанного газового потока (9), получаемого на стадии b) в теплообменнике (10, 2) для того, чтобы образовать двухфазный поток (15);
стадия d) -разделение указанного двухфазного потока (15), получаемого на стадии с), в сепараторе (16) при температуре в интервале от -60°С до -80°С для того, чтобы образовать газовый поток (17) в верхней части сепаратора и поток (18) жидкости в кубовой части спеаратора (16);
стадия е) -использование потока (18) жидкости, получаемого на стадии d), в качестве флегмы верхней части (8) промывочной колонны (5);
стадия f) -конденсация газового потока (17), получаемого на стадии d), теплообменом в теплообменнике (20, 2) при температуре ниже -100°С для того, чтобы образовать сжиженный газ (21), содержащий менее 5 ч./млн по объему соединений, имеющих, по меньшей мере, шесть углеродных атомов.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что газовый поток (9), получаемый на стадии b), и сжиженный газ (21), получаемый на стадии f), содержат менее 1 ч./млн по объему соединений, имеющих, по меньшей мере, шесть углеродных атомов.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что газом (1), обогащенным углеводородами, является природный газ.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что указанные углеводороды, имеющие, по меньшей мере, шесть углеродных атомов, содержат преимущественно бензол.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что указанным хладагеном (3) является смешанный хладагент, содержащий азот, метан, этан и бутан.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, часть (22) потока (21) жидкости, образованного на стадии f), отводят при температуре ниже -100°С и затем рециклируют в сепаратор (16), используемый на стадии d).
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что поток (18) жидкости, образованный в кубовой части сепаратора (16) на стадии d), прокачивают с использованием, по меньшей мере, одного насоса (19) для того, чтобы питать верхнюю часть (8) промывочной колонны (5), используемой на стадии b).
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что рабочая температура стадии а) находится в интервале между -20°С и -40°С.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что рабочая температура стадии d) находится в интервале между -70°С и -80°С.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что рабочая температура стадии f) находится в интервале между -100°С и -160°С.
