Claims (14)

1. Способ соединения концевой части предварительно изготовленной юбки с кожухом корпуса ракетного двигателя вблизи днища кожуха, причем юбка содержит свободную часть, проходящую от ее концевой части и, по меньшей мере, частично окружающую указанное днище, при этом способ включает в себя этапы, на которых
концевую часть юбки размещают с окружным зазором вокруг кожуха корпуса ракетного двигателя вблизи указанного днища,
юбку удерживают в положении относительно кожуха корпуса ракетного двигателя,
с двух концов закрывают кольцевое пространство между концевой частью юбки и кожухом корпуса ракетного двигателя,
в указанное кольцевое пространство нагнетают эластомер, и
отверждают эластомер.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором эластомер нагнетают, по меньшей мере, частично через инструмент, закрывающий конец указанного кольцевого пространства.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором эластомер нагнетают, по меньшей мере, частично через концевую часть юбки.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором эластомер нагнетают при соединении кольцевого пространства с источником вакуума, по меньшей мере, через инструмент, закрывающий конец кольцевого пространства.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором эластомер нагнетают при соединении кольцевого пространства с источником вакуума, по меньшей мере, через концевую часть юбки.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором нагнетание осуществляют при удерживании кожуха корпуса ракетного двигателя, по существу, вертикально.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором нагнетание осуществляют при удерживании кожуха корпуса ракетного двигателя, по существу, горизонтально.
8. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя этап, на котором наносят адгезивное покрытие на находящиеся друг напротив друга стороны концевой части юбки и кожуха корпуса ракетного двигателя перед нагнетанием эластомера.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором эластомер отверждают посредством нагревательного элемента, располагаемого на наружной стороне концевой части юбки.
