Claims (40)
1. Нетканый мат, содержащий
от около 10 до около 100 весовых процентов рубленого стекловолокна;
от около 0 до около 90 весовых процентов синтетических волокон; и
связующую композицию, представляющую собой смесь термоотверждающегося материала, термопластичного материала и связывающего агента; при этом указанный нетканый мат характеризуется повышенной гибкостью и прочностью при растяжении.
2. Нетканый мат по п. 1, в котором указанный мат содержит от около 50 до около 90 весовых процентов рубленого стекловолокна и около 10-50 весовых процентов синтетических волокон.
3. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором указанное рубленое стекловолокно смешивается с указанными синтетическими волокнами.
4. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором указанные синтетические волокна представляют собой, по меньшей мере, или полипропиленовые волокна, или полиэфирные волокна, или комбинацию указанных волокон.
5. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором длина волокон указанного рубленого стекловолокна составляет от около 0,25 до около 2,0 дюймов.
6. Нетканый мат по п. 1, в котором указанные синтетические волокна представляют собой рубленые волокна, длина которых составляет около 0,5-2,0 дюймов.
7. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором диаметр волокон указанного рубленого стекловолокна составляет около 5-20 микрон.
8. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором диаметр указанных синтетических волокон составляет около 10-16 микрон.
9. Нетканый мат по п. 1, в котором указанный связывающий агент представляет собой силановый связывающий агент.
10. Нетканый мат по п. 1, в котором указанный термоотверждающийся материал представляет собой, по меньшей мере, или акриловую смолу, или мочевиноформальдегидную смолу, или комбинацию двух указанных материалов.
11. Нетканый мат по п. 1, в котором указанный термопластичный материал представляет собой сополимер этилена и винилацетата.
12. Нетканый мат по п. 1, в котором указанная связующая смола содержит от около 50 до около 100 весовых процентов термопластичного материала и от около 0 до около 50 весовых процентов термоотверждающегося материала.
13. Нетканый мат по п. 12, в котором указанная связующая смола содержит от около 70 до около 90 весовых процентов термопластичного материала и от около 0 до около 50 весовых процентов термоотверждающегося материала.
14. Нетканый мат по любому из пп. 9-13, в котором указанный связывающий агент присутствует в указанной связующей композиции в объеме от около 0,05 до около 10 весовых процентов.
15. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором указанная связующая композиция дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один из следующих компонентов: краситель, масло, наполнитель, пигмент, водную дисперсию, УФ-стабилизатор, смазку, смачивающее средство, поверхностно-активное вещество или антистатическую присадку.
16. Нетканый мат по п. 15, в котором указанная водная дисперсия представляет собой антиокислительную дисперсию.
17. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором указанная связующая композиция характеризуется устойчивостью к воздействию стироловых мономеров.
18. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором указанный мат обладает средней прочностью при растяжении в пределах, по меньшей мере, 30 фунтов в направлении обработки и средней прочностью при растяжении в пределах, по меньшей мере, 20 фунтов в поперечном направлении.
19. Нетканый мат по пп. 1 и 2, в котором указанный мат обладает жесткостью по Герли от около 2000 до около 6000 мгс.
20. Продукт из композиционного материала, изготовленного пултрузией, содержащий
по меньшей мере один ровинг, пропитанный термоотверждающейся смолой; и
нетканый мат, содержащий
от около 10 до около 95 весовых процентов рубленого стекловолокна;
от около 5 до около 90 весовых процентов синтетических волокон; и
связующую композицию, содержащую смесь термоотверждающегося материала, термопластичного материала и силанового связывающего агента; при этом указанный нетканый мат обладает улучшенной гибкостью и повышенной прочностью при растяжении.
21. Продукт из композиционного материала, изготовленного пултрузией, по п. 20, в котором указанный нетканый мат содержит от около 50 до около 90 весовых процентов рубленого стекловолокна и от около 10 до около 50 весовых процентов синтетических волокон.
22. Продукт из композиционного материала, изготовленного пултрузией, по пп. 20 и 21, в котором связывающий агент представляет собой силановый связывающий агент.
23. Продукт из композиционного материала, изготовленного пултрузией, по п. 20, в котором указанный термоотверждающийся материал представляет собой, по меньшей мере, или акриловую смолу, или мочевиноформальдегидную смолу, или комбинацию указанных материалов.
24. Продукт из композиционного материала, изготовленного пултрузией, по пп. 20 или 21, в котором указанный термопластичный материал представляет собой сополимер этилена и винилацетата.
25. Продукт из композиционного материала, изготовленного пултрузией, по пп. 20 или 21, в котором нетканый мат обладает средней прочностью при растяжении в пределах, по меньшей мере, 30 фунтов в направлении обработки и средней прочностью при растяжении в пределах, по меньшей мере, 20 фунтов в поперечном направлении.
26. Продукт из композиционного материала, изготовленного пултрузией, по пп. 20 или 21, в котором указанный нетканый мат обладает жесткостью по Герли от около 2000 до около 6000 мгс.
27. Гипсовая стеновая плита, содержащая
гипсовый сердечник; и
по меньшей мере, один нетканый мат, соединенный с указанным гипсовым сердечником; при этом указанный нетканый мат содержит
от около 10 до около 95 весовых процентов рубленого стекловолокна;
от около 5 до около 90 весовых процентов синтетических волокон; и
связующую композицию, содержащую смесь термоотверждающегося материала, термопластичного материала и силанового связывающего агента; при этом указанный нетканый мат обладает улучшенной гибкостью и повышенной прочностью при растяжении.
