Claims (23)
1. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита, содержащая
затвердевшую гипсовую композицию, расположенную между двумя обшивочными листами, содержащую переплетенную матрицу затвердевшего гипса, образованную из суспензии, содержащей по меньшей мере строительный гипс и воду;
указанная суспензия имеет соотношение воды к строительному гипсу от примерно 0,7 до примерно 2,0; и
указанная плита имеет плотность от примерно 384,4 кг/м3 (24 фунт/фут3) до примерно 640,7 кг/м3 (40 фунт/фут3), и при толщине примерно 1,59 см (⅝ дюйма) сопротивление к протаскиванию гвоздя по меньшей мере 311,4 Н (70 фунтов силы), по результатам определения в соответствии с ASTM C473-09, и показатель предела огнестойкости (FEI) более примерно 52 мин.
2. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что затвердевшая гипсовая композиция содержит желатинизированный крахмал в количестве более примерно 1% по массе относительно массы строительного гипса.
3. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что затвердевшая гипсовая композиция содержит загуститель, выбранный из кварцевой пыли, портландцемента, золы-уноса, глины, мелкодисперсных целлюлозных частиц или высокомолекулярного полимера, или любой их смеси.
4. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что содержание загустителя составляет менее примерно 10% по массе относительно массы строительного гипса.
5. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит частицы с высоким коэффициентом теплового расширения.
6. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что частицы с высоким коэффициентом теплового расширения представляют собой вермикулит.
7. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что гипсовая плита имеет плотность от примерно 384,4 кг/м3 (24 фунт/фут3) до примерно 528,6 кг/м3 (33 фунт/фут3).
8. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что гипсовая плита имеет показатель предела огнестойкости (FEI) по меньшей мере на 3 мин больше, чем плита, содержащая затвердевший гипс, полученный с соотношением воды к строительному гипсу менее примерно 0,7.
9. Огнестойкая гипсовая плита, содержащая
затвердевшую гипсовую композицию, расположенную между двумя обшивочными листами, содержащую переплетенную матрицу затвердевшего гипса, образованную из суспензии, содержащей по меньшей мере строительный гипс и воду;
указанная суспензия имеет соотношение воды к строительному гипсу от примерно 1,2 до примерно 2,0;
указанная плита имеет плотность от примерно 384,4 кг/м3 (24 фунт/фут3) до примерно 640,7 кг/м3 (40 фунт/фут3), и при толщине примерно 1,59 см (⅝ дюйма) сопротивление к протаскиванию гвоздя по меньшей мере 311,4 Н (70 фунтов силы), по результатам определения в соответствии с ASTM C473-09, и показатель предела огнестойкости (FEI) более примерно 54 мин.
10. Способ получения огнестойкой гипсовой плиты, включающий
получение смеси по меньшей мере строительного гипса и воды,
нанесение полученной суспензии на первый лист,
укладку второго листа на суспензию с получением заготовки плиты, имеющей два обшивочных листа,
разрезание заготовки плиты на плиты заданных размеров после затвердевания суспензии, достаточного для разрезания, и
высушивание плиты;
указанная суспензия имеет соотношение воды к строительному гипсу от примерно 0,7 до примерно 2,0;
высушенная плита имеет плотность от примерно 384,4 кг/м3 (24 фунт/фут3) до примерно 640,7 кг/м3 (40 фунт/фут3), и при толщине примерно 1,59 см (⅝ дюйма) сопротивление к протаскиванию гвоздя по меньшей мере 311,4 Н (70 фунтов силы), по результатам определения в соответствии с ASTM C473-09, и показатель предела огнестойкости (FEI) более примерно 52 мин.
