Claims (9)
1. Растение Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью, содержащее митохондрии Lactuca, в котором митохондрии Lactuca содержат по меньшей мере одну последовательность митохондриальной нуклеиновой кислоты, выбранную из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 2, SEQ ID No. 3, SEQ ID No. 4, SEQ ID No. 5, SEQ ID No. 6, SEQ ID No. 7, SEQ ID No. 8, SEQ ID No. 9 и SEQ ID No. 10, при этом данное растение Cichorium содержит цитоплазму, полученную по материнской линии из растения под депозитным номером NCIMB 42125.
2. Растение Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью по п. 1, которое дополнительно определяется по молекулярному маркеру в 1592 п. о. с помощью SEQ ID No. 31 и SEQ ID No. 32.
3. Растение Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью по п. 1, которое дополнительно определяется по молекулярному маркеру в 293 п. о. с помощью SEQ ID No. 33 и SEQ ID No. 34.
4. Растение Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью по п. 1, в котором данная по меньшей мере одна последовательность митохондриальной нуклеиновой кислоты составляет по меньшей мере две, по меньшей мере три, по меньшей мере четыре, по меньшей мере пять, по меньшей мере шесть, по меньшей мере семь, по меньшей мере восемь, по меньшей мере девять или десять последовательностей митохондриальных нуклеиновых кислот.
5. Растение Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором выбрано из группы, состоящей из зеленого цикория, красного цикория, краснолиственного цикория, Treviso, белого цикория, цикория "сахарная голова", бельгийского эндивия, витлуфа, Catalogna, С. intybus var. foliosum, С. endivia и С. intybus L. var. sativum.
6. Способ идентификации растений Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью, который включает определение в образце данного растения Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью одной или нескольких последовательностей митохондриальных нуклеиновых кислот, выбранных из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 2, SEQ ID No. 3, SEQ ID No. 4, SEQ ID No. 5, SEQ ID No. 6, SEQ ID No. 7, SEQ ID No. 8, SEQ ID No. 9 и SEQ ID No. 10.
7. Способ идентификации растений Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью, который включает определение в образце данного растения Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью молекулярного маркера в 1592 п. о. с помощью праймеров для амплификации нуклеиновых кислот SEQ ID No. 31 и SEQ ID No. 32 и/или молекулярного маркера в 293 п. о. с помощью праймеров для амплификации нуклеиновых кислот SEQ ID No. 33 и SEQ ID No. 34.
8. Применение митохондрий растения Lactuca для получения растения Cichorium с цитоплазматической мужской стерильностью.
9. Применение по п. 8, которое включает слияние протопластов между протопластами Lactuca с инактивированным ядерным геномом в качестве донора и протопластами Cichorium с инактивированным митохондриальным геномом в качестве акцептора.
