Claims (27)
1. Расклинивающий материал округлой формы, включающий ядро, включающее зольную пыль бурого угля и глину; и

3. Расклинивающий материал по п. 2, где упомянутое ядро включает приблизительно 70% зольной пыли, приблизительно 15% боксита и приблизительно 15% глины.
4. Расклинивающий материал по п. 2, где упомянутая глина включает каолиновую глину.
5. Расклинивающий материал по п. 2, в котором содержание оксида железа зольной пыли составляет 12% или меньше.
6. Расклинивающий материал по п. 2, в котором содержание оксида железа зольной пыли составляет приблизительно 7% или меньше.
7. Расклинивающий материал по п. 2, в котором содержание оксида железа зольной пыли составляет приблизительно 4% или меньше.
8. Расклинивающий материал по п. 2, в котором упомянутое покрытие имеет более одного слоя.
9. Способ изготовления расклинивающего материала округлой формы, включающий стадии:
формирования округлых гранул, включающих зольную пыль бурого угля и глину;
покрытия упомянутых округлых гранул покрытием, включающим боксит, с формированием покрытых округлых гранул;
нагревания упомянутых округлых гранул до температуры по меньшей мере 1080°C.
10. Способ изготовления расклинивающего материала округлой формы, включающий стадии:
формирования округлых гранул, включающих зольную пыль, боксит и глину;
покрытия упомянутых округлых гранул покрытием, включающим боксит, с формированием покрытых округлых гранул;
обжига упомянутых покрытых округлых гранул и
спекания упомянутых покрытых округлых гранул при температуре по меньшей мере приблизительно 1200°C.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором упомянутое покрытие, включающее боксит, наносят более чем в один слой.
12. Способ по п. 10, в котором упомянутое покрытие наносят в порошковой форме.
13. Способ по п. 10, в котором упомянутое покрытие наносят в форме суспензии, включающей порошкообразный боксит.
14. Способ по п. 10, в котором упомянутое покрытие наносят в форме суспензии, включающей порошкообразный боксит и связующее средство.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором упомянутое связующее средство включает поливиниловый спирт.
16. Способ по п. 11, в котором по меньшей мере один из слоев упомянутого покрытия содержит большее общее количество боксита, чем предварительно нанесенный слой.
17. Способ по п. 10, в котором упомянутые округлые покрытые гранулы спекают при температуре приблизительно 1240°C-1280°C.
18. Способ по п. 10, в котором упомянутый расклинивающий материал округлой формы имеет прочность на сжатие по меньшей мере 10000 фунтов/кв. дюйм.
