Claims (16)
1. Защитный элемент, в частности, для контрольных этикеток, имеющий подложку (1), которая на поверхности имеет структуру с эффектом изменения цвета, состоящую из слоя металлических кластеров (2), разделительного слоя (3) и отражающего электромагнитные волны слоя (6), отличающийся тем, что разделительный слой (3) состоит из двух расположенных друг на друге частичных слоев (4, 5) одинакового или различного состава, причем первый, обращенный к слою (2) кластеров частичный слой (4), имеет большую адгезию к слою кластеров, чем ко второму частичному слою (5), а второй, обращенный к отражающему электромагнитные волны слою (6) частичный слой (5), имеет большую адгезию к отражающему электромагнитные волны слою (6), чем к первому частичному слою (4).
2. Защитный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на подложке (1) под структурой с эффектом изменения цвета нанесено частичное разделительное лаковое покрытие (10).

Защитный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что оба частичных слоя (4, 5) в каждом случае независимо друг от друга состоят из неорганических материалов, например, из оксидов, сульфидов, фторидов или нитридов металлов, или из полимерных материалов, например, из циклоолефиновых сополимеров, нитроцеллюлозы, акрилатов, метакрилатов, поливинилхлорида, этилен-акрилатных сополимеров, стирол-акрилатов, эпоксидов или полиуретанов.
4. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что оба частичных слоя (4, 5) имеют одинаковый или различный коэффициент преломления.
5. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что оба частичных слоя (4, 5) в каждом случае имеют толщину слоя между 10 нм и 2 мкм, причем оба частичных слоя могут иметь одинаковую или различную толщину.
6. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что оба частичных слоя (4, 5) по существу прозрачны.
7. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из обоих частичных слоев (4, 5) имеет окраску или естественный цвет.
8. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-7, отличающийся тем, что оба частичных слоя (4, 5) выполнены по всей поверхности, или, по меньшей мере, один частичный слой (4, 5) выполнен в виде локального слоя в форме положительных или отрицательных литер, чисел, символов, знаков, линий, гильошей.
9. Защитный элемент по п.8, отличающийся тем, что выполненный в виде положительных или отрицательных литер, чисел, символов, знаков, линий или гильошей частичный слой (4, 5) вызывает перед манипуляцией различный эффект изменения цвета.
10. Защитный элемент по п.8, отличающийся тем, что выполненный в виде положительных или отрицательных литер, чисел, символов, знаков, линий или гильошей частичный слой (4, 5) вызывает после манипуляции обесцвечивание.
11. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-10, отличающийся тем, что слой (2) металлических кластеров состоит из алюминия, золота, палладия, платины, хрома, серебра, меди, никеля, тантала, титана, олова, цинка, молибдена или их сплавов, как например Au/Pd, Cu/Ni или Cr/Ni или из коллоидных металлических кластеров.
12. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-11, отличающийся тем, что отражающий электромагнитные волны слой (6) состоит из металлов, таких как алюминий, золото, хром, серебро, медь, титан, олово, платина, никель, молибден или тантал, из полупроводников, как например кремний, и из их сплавов, например, никель/хром, медь/алюминий, или из типографской краски с металлическими пигментами, а также из оксидов, сульфидов, фторидов или нитридов металлов.
13. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-12, отличающийся тем, что он включает в себя другие различимые визуально и/или считываемые машиной защитные признаки.
14. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-13, отличающийся тем, что на противоположной эффекту изменения цвета поверхности подложки (1) нанесено предназначенное для печати грунтовочное покрытие (9), которое воспринимает печать.
15. Защитный элемент по любому из пп.1-14, отличающийся тем, что он имеет самоклеящееся, соединяющееся термосваркой или холодной сваркой покрытие.
16. Применение защитного элемента по любому из пп.1-15 в качестве контрольных этикеток или на контрольных этикетках.
