Claims (33)
1. Установка (2) для переработки и использования отходов (2) животного происхождения, содержащая
блок (6) для метанизации жидких отходов, выполненный с возможностью генерации биогаза и переработки полученного биогаза (48),
когенерационный блок (8), вырабатывающий электрическую (58) и тепловую (32) энергию из указанного биогаза,
блок (14) для гидропонического культивирования микроскопических водорослей в фотобиореакторе, в который подают часть жидкой фазы (12) необработанного дигестата (52), полученного в результате метанизации, и
систему сепарирования (54), выполненную с возможностью выделения жидкой фазы (12) дигестата и твердой фазы (36), содержащей грязевые отходы дигестата;
причем указанная установка отличается тем, что дополнительно содержит
блок (22) для культивирования макрофитов, в который подают воду (20), выходящую из блока (14) культивирования микроскопических водорослей, и другую часть жидкой фазы (12) необработанного дигестата (52), полученного при метанизации, и
блок (24) вермикультивирования, в который подают собранные макрофиты (22) и грязевые отходы (36), которые составляют твердую фазу необработанного дигестата (52) полученного при метанизации (46).
2. Установка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что
реакторами блока (6) метанизации являются бассейны, крытые теплицами блоков культивирования микроскопических водорослей (14), макрофитов (22) и вермикультивирования (24).
3. Установка по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что
в блоке культивирования (22) макрофитов используют растение из семейства Eichhornia crassipes.
4. Установка по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что
макрофиты выращивают в теплицах над землей в бассейнах, нагретых примерно до 25°С.
5. Установка по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что
бассейны для культивирования имеют глубину примерно 30 см и ширину около 2 м и расположены рядами, между которыми имеются дорожки, по которым может передвигаться машина.
6. Установка по пп. 1, 2 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что дождевыми червями вермикультивирования (24) являются калифорнийские черви.
7. Установка по пп. 1, 2 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что
она содержит систему, которая поддерживает компост, получаемом при вермикультивировании (24), при среднем проценте влажности выше 80%.
8. Установка по пп. 1, 2 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что
блок вермикультивирования (24) содержит средства для сбора продукта перколяции (26).
9. Установка по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что получаемый при вермикультивировании (24) компост помещают в теплицах на уложенную на пол водонепроницаемую подложку, и для сбора продукта перколяции (26) монтируют дренажные устройства.
10. Установка по пп. 1, 2, 5 или 9, отличающаяся тем, что блок (24) вермикультивирования нагревают примерно до 20°С циркулирующей горячей водой, поступающей из блоков метанизации (6) и когенерации (8).
11. Установка по пп. 1, 2, 5 или 9, отличающаяся тем, что в ней используют лесную посадку (66), удобряемую компостом, получаемым при вермикультивировании (24).
12. Установка по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что указанная лесная посадка представляет собой ивовую посадку (66) с высокой ротацией для короткого оборота рубки.
13. Установка по пп. 1, 2, 5, 9 или 12, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит средства, позволяющие собирать углекислый газ СО2, содержащийся в биогазе, и пропускать указанный углекислый газ через блок (14) культивирования микроскопических водорослей и блока (22) культивирования макрофитов.
14. Способ переработки и использования отходов (2) животного происхождения, характеризующийся тем, что он включает в себя следующие стадии:
метанизацию (46) жидких отходов, включающую переработку полученного биогаза (48),
когенерацию (56)электрической энергии (58) и тепловой энергии (32) из указанного биогаза,
гидропоническое культивирование микроскопических водорослей (14) в фотобиореакторах, в которые подают часть жидкой фазы (12) необработанного дигестата (52), являющегося продуктом метанизации, и
сепарирование (54), с выделением жидкой фазы дигестата (12) и твердой фазы, содержащей грязевые отходы дигестата (36),
культивирование макрофитов (22), осуществляемое с использованием воды (20), выходящей из блока (14) культивирования микроскопических водорослей, и с использованием другой части жидкой фазы (12) необработанного дигестата (52), полученного при метанизации, и
вермикультивирование, осуществляемое с использованием собранных макрофитов (22) и с использованием грязевых отходов (36), составляющих твердую фазу необработанного дигестата (52), полученного при метанизации (46).
