Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used, in particular, as a fertilizer for agricultural crops.
Currently used granular mineral fertilizers based on organic components, which are a mechanical mixture of peat with urea, superphosphate, potassium chloride and others in various ratios, contain a low percentage of nutrients / 1 /.
Closest to the proposed invention is a granular peat fertilizer / 2 / containing wt.%: Milled peat 47.4-65.8 Urotropin 7.5-15.0 Double superphosphate 9.4-18.8 Potassium sulfate 6.3- 18.8
A disadvantage of the known fertilizer is the low percentage of nutrients and the strength of the granules.
The present invention solves the problem of obtaining fertilizer with increased water resistance of the granules and high agronomic efficiency.
This result is achieved in that a granular peat fertilizer containing milled peat, urotropin, double superphosphate and potassium sulfate, characterized in that it additionally contains trace elements in the form of acid and / or metal salts, in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: Peat 100 Urotropin 14.0-16.0 Double superphosphate 12.5-14.0 Potassium sulfate 11.0-14.0
Trace elements in the form of acids and / or salts of 0.2-2.0 and boric acid is used as the acid, and zinc sulfate and / or manganese sulfate and / or copper sulfate and / or cobalt sulfate are used as salts, and / or ammonium molybdate, and / or boron fertilizer.
Comparative analysis with the prototype allows us to conclude that the claimed composition of peat fertilizer differs from the known introduction of new components, namely trace elements in the form of acids and / or metal salts.
Analysis of the known compositions of fertilizers / 3 / used in agriculture showed that some substances introduced into the claimed solution are known, for example, trace elements in the form of salts or metal oxides, which slowly release iron, manganese, zinc and copper into the medium. However, their use in these fertilizers in combination with other components does not provide the fertilizers with the properties that they exhibit in the claimed solution, namely, a significant slowdown in the washing out of nutrients from the fertilizer and, as a result, an increase in agronomic efficiency.
For experimental verification of the claimed composition, mixtures of ingredients were prepared (see table), which were prepared as follows: milled peat, urotropin, double superphosphate, potassium sulfate, and trace elements were loaded into a mixer with a screw mixer. Then the mixture is treated with 20% ammonia water to bring the pH to 26.8-7.0 and the mass with a moisture content of 52-54% is granulated and dried.
The table shows the obtained properties of granular fertilizers with different ratios of components and known compositions.
The table shows that the granular peat fertilizer of the proposed composition (items 2-6) for agriculture has a higher water resistance, which reduces the process of leaching of nutrients from them, while increasing the agronomic efficiency of the fertilizer.
