Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of creating highly effective granular organic fertilizers; scope - agriculture.
Known granular liquid complex fertilizer (HCF) obtained by mixing and granulating loam, expanded clay, kaolinite, phosphogypsum, aerosil and HCF, including targeted additives of peat and natural zeolite as sorbents of nitrogen and phosphorus from HCF in the amount of 3.0 - 3.5 wt.% (Aut. witness USSR No. 1302646, class C 05 G 5/00, pr. 03.01.85). The disadvantages of the fertilizer obtained in this way are the complex component composition, the certain complexity of the process, the low content of peat and zeolite as sorbents.
It is also known granular organic-mineral fertilizer "ORMIN", containing compost based on chicken manure and sawdust, mineral fertilizers and natural zeolite in the amount of 5 to 10 wt.% As a target additive of a microelement carrier. In this fertilizer, zeolite is used not as a sorbent of macronutrients, which contributes to a decrease in the rate of nutrient removal, but as a carrier of micronutrients, for which it was preliminarily saturated with ions of copper, zinc, iron, manganese and cobalt (Aut. Witness USSR No. 1819413, class C 05 F 11/00, pr. 04.24.90).
The closest and proposed is granular fertilizer containing peat in an amount of 5 - 90 wt.% And mineral fertilizers in an amount of 10 - 95 wt. % (Aut. Witness of the USSR on application N 2504324/30 - 15, class C 05 F 11/02, 1977). The disadvantage of this fertilizer is the high speed of the removal of nutrients from the granules.
The aim of the invention is to increase the resistance of the nutrient elements of the granules to leaching while maintaining their high mechanical strength.
This goal is achieved in that the well-known granular fertilizer containing peat and mineral fertilizers (nitrogen, phosphorus, potash) also additionally contains natural zeolite as a sorbent of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium with a ratio of peat and zeolite of 2.5: 1 - 1 - 10 , 0: 1 in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Peat (dry matter) - 44 - 65
Zeolite - 5 - 22
Mineral fertilizers - 23 - 45

According to the authors, the essence of the claimed invention does not follow explicitly from the prior art, which allows us to conclude that it meets the criterion of "inventive step".
For granulation, any peat (lowland, high, transitional) can be used that meets the technical requirements for peat as a raw material for the production of organic fertilizers, humidity from 55 to 75% and any natural zeolite.
Increasing the water resistance of the nutrients of the granules is achieved due to the high absorption capacity of the zeolite to cations of potassium and ammonium and phosphate ions.
In addition, trace elements contained in zeolite necessary for plant nutrition (Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo, Co, B) increase the agrochemical value of the fertilizer.
20 - 22%.Example. Low peat decomposition degree of 29.0%, ash content of 17.0%, humidity 60 - 70% in the amount of 61.0 wt.% (On dry matter), urea, double superphosphate and potassium sulfate in a ratio of 1: 1: 1 according to the current substance in an amount of 27.0 wt.%, natural zeolite tuff pegasin fractions of 0.5 - 1.0 mm in an amount of 12.0 wt.% were mixed in a mixer for 8 to 10 minutes, then a homogeneous mixture was granulated in a screw extruder under pressure 0.55 kg / cm 2 and the resulting granules were dried to a moisture content of 20-22%.
The maximum exchange capacity of pegasin, expressed in mmol / g, is: for ammonium cations - 1.02 ± 0.4; for potassium cations - 0.61 ± 0.06. The zeolite contains trace elements in the following amounts,%: Zn - 0.0069, Cu - 0.0009, Mo - 0.0002, Co - 0.0006, B - 0.0003. The content and ratio of peat and mineral fertilizers in the granule can vary widely depending on the soil and climatic conditions and the requirements of the cultivated crop.
1. Other quantitative ratios of the components of the claimed granular peat zeolite fertilizers are given in table. one.
1 приведены составы удобрений (1 - 4), содержание 20% цеолита, и составы (5 - 8), содержащие 40% цеолита (из расчета на 100% сухого торфа).Fertilizers and zeolite were introduced into the granulated mixture for a certain mass of dry peat, taken as 100%. The amount of fertilizer applied in terms of the active substance N, P 2 O 5 , K 2 O was 20 and 40%; zeolite - 10, 20, 30, 40%. In the table. 1 shows the composition of fertilizers (1 - 4), the content of 20% zeolite, and compositions (5 - 8) containing 40% zeolite (based on 100% dry peat).
2.Studies of the deformation properties of peat zeolite compositions showed the possibility of granulating them by extrusion when the composition contains natural zeolite in an amount of not more than 40% with a ratio of peat: zeolite not lower than 2.5: 1.0. An increase in the amount of introduced zeolite over 40% leads to a sharp increase in elastic deformations and a significant decrease in the ductility of the moldable mass and, as a result, a decrease in the mechanical strength of the granules below the required allowable values of 10 kg / cm 2 .
1). For comparison, we also prepared granular peat-mineral fertilizer without zeolite, corresponding to the prototype in terms of its component composition (Table 1).
20 - 22%. Peat granules corresponding to the prototype were made in the same way as the claimed peat zeolite granules — by mixing the components in a mixer with further granulation by extrusion and drying to a moisture content of 20-22%.
1. Achieving the goal in the claimed fertilizers is to reduce the rate of washing out of nutrients from granules and, as a result, increasing the prolonged action of fertilizers was controlled by the indicator of stability of nutrients of granules to washing out by soaking them in distilled water - the rate of washing out of nutrients for 1 hour (as in the prototype). Additionally, to determine the longer and more close to natural conditions the nature of the removal of nutrients from the granules was determined by the rate of leaching with daily soaking of the granules. In the table. 2 presents the results characterizing the stability of the nutrients of the claimed peat zeolite granular fertilizers and peat granular fertilizers according to the prototype. The composition of fertilizers correspond to their component composition according to the table. one.
71,4%. The results obtained (Table 2) showed that even with a minimum zeolite content (5.0 wt.%, Composition 5), the rate of washing out of nutrients from granular fertilizer decreases: when soaked for 1 hour - by 19.0%, when soaked within 1 day - by 55.6%. That is, with a longer exposure to moisture, the resistance of the nutrients of the granules to leaching when adding even a small amount of zeolite increases sharply. An increase in the zeolite content in granular fertilizer leads to an even greater decrease in the rate of leaching of nutrients. So, with a zeolite content of 13.5 wt.% (Composition 7), the leaching rate when soaked for 1 hour decreased by 42.9%; when soaking for 1 day - by 75.0%. At the maximum claimed zeolite content of 22.0 wt.% (Composition 4), the rate of washing out of nutrients from granules is further reduced: by soaking for 1 hour - by 72.4%; when soaking for 1 day - by 71.4%.
Thus, the results of the tests showed that for the claimed invention - "granular peat zeolite fertilizer" - the introduction of an additional sorbent - natural zeolite - ensures the achievement of the goal - reducing the rate of leaching of nutrients from the granules.
