Claims (28)
1. Производное формулы (I):
в которой:
М является атомом Si или Ti;
(MO2)- представляет собой отрицательно заряженную частицу диоксида, включающую тетраэдрические атомы кремния или октаэдрические атомы титана, связанные через мостиковые атомы кислорода,
Am+ представляет собой по меньшей мере одну положительно заряженную активную молекулу, связанную с отрицательно заряженной частицей диоксида посредством электростатического взаимодействия, где m представляет собой заряд указанной активной молекулы, и составляет от 1 до 20, предпочтительно от 1 до 10,
Y представляет собой количество различных активных молекул Am+, соадсорбированных на одной отрицательно заряженной частице диоксида кремния или титана, и составляет от 1 до 4, предпочтительно 2.
2. Производное формулы (I) по п.1, где M=Si.
3. Производное формулы (I) по п.1, отличающееся тем, что отрицательно заряженная частица диоксида кремния или титана имеет средний диаметр по меньшей мере 200 нм, предпочтительно от 500 нм до 1 μм.
4. Производное формулы (I) по п.1, где Am+ является антибактериальным, противогрибковым, противовирусным и/или спороцидным средством.
5. Производное формулы (I) по п.4, где Am+ является по меньшей мере одним соединением, выбранным из группы, состоящей из: катионов хлоргексидина, катиона гидрохлорида полигексаметиленбигуанида, катионов четверичного аммония, катионного комплексного соединения серебра общей формулы Ag-L и их смеси.
6. Производное формулы (I) по п.5, где Am+ является хлоргексидина биглюконатом или ацетатом.
7. Производное формулы (I) по п.5, где Am+ является катионом дидецилдиметиламмония.
8. Производное формулы (I) по п.5, где Am+ является катионом гидрохлорида полигексаметиленбигуанида.
9. Производное формулы (I) по п.5, где Am+ является катионным комплексным соединением серебра формулы Ag-L, где L выбрано из: необязательно замещенного гидрохлорида 8-меркапто-хинолина и гидрохлорида 2-меркапто-4-(C1-C6Аlk)пиримидина, предпочтительно 2-меркапто-4-метилпиримидина.
10. Производное формулы (I) по любому из пп.1-9, где Am+ является катионом хлоргексидина и комплексным соединением серебра формулы Ag-L, где последнее предпочтительно является таким, как определено в п.9.
11. Производное формулы (I) по п.10, где Am+ является хлоргексидина биглюконатом и 2-меркапто-4-метилпиримидином.
12. Производное формулы (I) по п.1 для применения в качестве лекарственного средства.
13. Производное формулы (I) для применения по п.12 в качестве антибактериального, противогрибкового, противовирусного или спороцидного средства.
14. Производное формулы (I) для применения по п.12 или 13 при лечении кожных раздражений, воспалений, царапин, ссадин и/или ожогов.
15. Производное формулы (I) для применения по п.12 или 13 при лечении: угревой сыпи, герпеса, пролежней, кожных язв, предпочтительно пролежневых язв.
16. Производное формулы (I) для применения по п.12 или 13 в качестве средства для заживления кожи.
17. Производное формулы (I) для применения по п.12 или 13 в качестве антибактериального средства для лечения заболеваний, вызванных по меньшей мере одним из микроорганизмов, выбранных из: HSV-1 (вируса простого герпеса 1), аденовируса, вируса полиомиелита, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherica coli, Salmonella eneridis D1, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus MR, Staphylococcus aureus MS, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus salivarius, Streptococcus mitis, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger.
18. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая производное формулы (I) по любому из пп.1-11 в смеси с по меньшей мере одним физиологически приемлемым вспомогательным веществом и/или носителем и, необязательно, по меньшей мере с другим фармацевтическим активным веществом.
19. Фармацевтическая композиция по п.18 в форме крема, геля, пены или порошка.
20. Фармацевтическая композиция по пп.18-19 для наружного применения.
21. Способ лечения млекопитающего, в том числе человека, включающий наружное применение эффективного количества производного формулы (I) по любому из пп.1-11 или фармацевтической композиции по любому из пп.18-20.
22. Способ получения производного формулы (I) по любому из пп.1-11, включающий электростатическое взаимодействие отрицательно заряженных частиц диоксида кремния общей формулы (MO2)-, где М является атомом Si или Ti, имеющих величену частиц по меньшей мере 200 нм, с по меньшей мере одной положительно заряженной молекулой Am+ в присутствии системы на основе спиртового растворителя.
