Claims (9)

1. Способ изготовления балки, включающий прокатку в процессе продольной профилированной прокатки, двух отдельных полочных частей таким образом, что одна поверхность каждой прокатанной полочной части профилирована в соответствии с заданной толщиной профиля; и соединение прокатанных полочных частей вместе по профилированным поверхностям.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий прокатку полочных частей таким образом, что другая поверхность каждой прокатанной полочной части является, по существу, плоской.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно включающий прокатку двух полочных частей вместе и «спина к спине».
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором прокатанные полочные части содержат T-образные полочные части.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором поверхности полок изготовленной балки, отдаленные от стенки, являются, по существу, плоскими и параллельными.
6. Способ изготовления балки, включающий прокатку, в процессе продольной профилированной прокатки, полочной части таким образом, что множество поверхностей прокатанной полочной части профилированы в соответствии с заданной толщиной профиля; причем процесс продольной профилированной прокатки включает прокатку Y-образных профилей; и окончательную обработку Y-образных профилей для образования T-образных профилей; и при этом способ дополнительно включает соединение двух прокатанных полочных частей вместе посредством профилированной поверхности каждой полочной части.
7. Способ по п. 6, дополнительно включающий обеспечение соответствующей прокатанной стеновой части и соединение прокатанных полочных частей посредством прокатанной стеновой части.
8. Способ по п. 6, дополнительно включающий манипулирование одним или более валками при операции прокатки для изменения размеров отдельной балки вдоль длины балки.
9. Способ по п. 6, дополнительно включающий отливку исходного материала с по меньшей мере частично требуемым изменением толщины уже присутствующим в отлитом материале и прокатку отлитого материала.
