Claims (6)

1. Способ изготовления изделий, выполненных из жесткого расширенного материала, отличающийся использованием исходной жидкой, вязкой смеси, содержащей поливинилхлорид (ПВХ), полиизоцианаты, твердые или жидкие ангидриды органических кислот и один или несколько нуклеирующих агентов, содержащих органическую диазогруппу, представленных общей формулой:

или их структурные или стерические изомеры, при этом R, R', R", R'" представляют собой одинаковые или различные, линейные или разветвленные алкильные группы, за исключением случая, где R=R'=R"=R'"=-CH3, каждая группа содержит от 1 до 8 атомов углерода, при условии, что:
a) указанный нуклеирующий агент или агенты используются в количестве, находящемся в пределах между 1 и 25 масс.% от указанной исходной смеси;
b) указанный нуклеирующий агент или агенты предварительно диспергируются в полиизоцианате или в компоненте жидкого органического ангидрида указанной исходной смеси.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что предусматривается предварительная стадия, направленная на оптимизацию дисперсии указанных нуклеирующих агентов в указанной исходной смеси.
