Claims (13)
1. Датчик волнового фронта, содержащий:
источник 172 света, сконфигурированный, чтобы выводить световой пучок для подсветки глаза субъекта;
первый элемент 180 отклонения пучка, сконфигурированный, чтобы перехватывать световой пучок и направлять световой пучок к глазу субъекта; и
контроллер 410, связанный с источником света и элементом отклонения пучка, сконфигурированный, чтобы управлять элементом отклонения пучка для компенсации поперечного движения глаза субъекта.
2. Датчик волнового фронта по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
детектор 162 изображения, сконфигурированный для вывода изображения глаза субъекта; и
контроллер связан с детектором изображения и дополнительно сконфигурирован, чтобы обрабатывать изображение для определения поперечного движения глаза субъекта.
3. Датчик волнового фронта по п. 2, причем контроллер дополнительно сконфигурирован, чтобы управлять первым элементом отклонения пучка для отслеживания поперечного движения глаза.
4. Датчик волнового фронта по п. 1, причем источником света является суперлюминесцентный диод.
5. Датчик волнового фронта по п. 1, причем элементом отклонения пучка является отражатель на микроэлектромеханических системах (MEMS).
6. Датчик волнового фронта по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
второй элемент 182 отклонения пучка, сконфигурированный, чтобы принимать световой пучок и направлять световой пучок к глазу субъекта; и
контроллер дополнительно сконфигурирован для управления вторым элементом отклонения пучка для сканирования светового пучка вокруг малой части сетчатки глаза субъекта, чтобы распределять оптическую энергию по большей площади.
